Kevin with Cole’s Carpet & Cleaning responded promptly and communicated well regarding services, arrival, etc. His staff did a great job cleaning a house we’d just purchased. It needed deep cleaning, particularly since we’d just replaced all the flooring.

Kevin was very easy to work with, very helpful and very efficient when cleaning our carpets and area rugs in our home. I had no idea what cleaning your carpets and rugs would do, but they look new! Definitely worth the time and I think the service for the cost was excellent. I would definitely recommend Kevin if you are looking for recommendation for a carpet cleaner.

Kevin and his crew are very professional, they did a thorough deep cleaning job that was very difficult, and Kevin went over and above to help us coordinate with a variety of needed services as we were moving out of a condo from across the country. It was a blessing to know we had someone we could trust watching out for our needs. Highly recommended!

These guys were AMAZING. My two-bedroom/loft condo was a post-construction disaster with concrete dust, sawdust, years of grime and dirt, greasy cabinets and moldy fridge. These guys showed up at 9AM, and by the time they were done at 9PM, my place was sparking clean. I was worried at first about my brand new hardwood floors, but these guys were super careful with all their equipment, and used all natural non-toxic cleaning materials. I am very happy with their work!! Kevin and his team did a fantastic job!

When we arrived at our new home it was badly in need of cleaning before we were even able to put anything away! We called Cole’s Cleaning Care and they came out the very next day with a crew that cleaned all appliances, bathrooms, kitchen, closet shelves and drawers, etc., so that we could comfortably move in. A couple days later they returned with a full crew to do a deep cleaning which included ceiling fans, lights, windows, blinds, light switches, doors, even heating ducts. Our new home is sparkling now and just what I imagined it could be. Thanks to Cole’s our initial disappointment was converted to a renewed love for our home! Kevin is terrific to work with and his entire staff is diligent, hard-working and knowledgeable. We have decided to engage them for ongoing housecleaning services as well. Cole’s Cleaning Service is our best find yet in our new neighborhood!

What a great experience!! I left a message and Kevin called me back swiftly. I was scheduled for a time that worked best for me, not “squeezed in”. On arrival, both techs were dressed nice, polite, and did a great job! After the work was performed, they cleaned up and everything was just the same (minus the stains and dirty carpet lol). I rarely write reviews, but this family/veteran owned company has my business from here on. And, I can safely recommend them to my friends, family, and whoever is reading this. An honest company that provides a quality service is hard to find these days. Thanks guys!!

Very professional and through. While it was a decent expense, it was well worth every penny. The team cleaned everything post renovation work, removed both fine dust and previous pet hair ... amazing work! Kevin and his crew were able to set something up promptly and within a few hour my house was ready for me to move in. Will definitely recommend and hire again in the future.

UPDATE: 4/5/19 I had Kevin and his crew return, to do a deep cleaning of my home after we had all of the carpet removed and put in tile. There was sooooo much construction dust before they cleaned. My home is seriously spotless now! The entire crew is so nice and respectful and does great work!!

I had a move-out emergency when a prior cleaning company I booked showed up, and scammed me by more than doubling their quoted price. They knew I had little to no other options at that point because it was the last day of my lease. I felt really backed into a corner but decided to tell them to leave and see if there was anything else I could do. I reached out to a few people and got referred to Cole’s by the moving company I used.
At 9:35am I texted Kevin, the Cole’s owner, and he was here by 11:30am. No joke, Kevin dropped everything on a Saturday morning to show up for me. I have not had many “wins” with this move so to hear someone on the other line telling me not to worry, they would take care of me, was amazing. The price was reasonable, higher than the initial quote from the first company but, I’d rather have someone with integrity that cares about their community get my business.
I would not think twice to refer Cole’s and I hope I will have many successes using their services in this lifetime.

Coles carpet cleaning was the best carpet and furniture service I’ve used. Kevin was a true professional and service oriented. He cleaned several large rugs, sofa and recliners for me. I mainly had pet issues on my items and after Kevin’s service, the listed items were good as new. Given that I’m a very picky person, I was fully satisfied with the service and cost. I highly recommend this service.

Had a great experience with Cole’s Carpet and Cleaning. I had a large modular sectional that was in dire need of disinfecting. Mr. Cole was exceptional in all aspects from the first moment of contact until the end of the service. He explained everything thoroughly and was extremely pleasant . I am very pleased with his service and look forward to using him in the future when needed. My home even smells better from the products that he used. Highly recommend.

I’ve used Kevin Cole and his company for several years now and they never disappoint. I thought I had a before picture but I guess I don’t. But this sofa was in bad shape and basically looks new now.

Highly recommended. We’ve been using Cole’s for multiple homes, and it’s always a great experience. Immediate response, and excellent communication from scheduling to notification of arrival time. Great pricing and carpets look and feel new. Carpet dried surprisingly fast, and it wasn’t a warm day, so he knows what he’s doing.
