C M Precision Tree and Landscape recently trimmed a large tree at my home. They were very professional and kind. Great work! Great company! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We have a hill in back of our home and needed a larg queen palm approx. 20 feet tall removed as well as several smaller palms removed. The crew arrived and were very fast and did an excellent job. we were very pleased with the service.

I had 4 palms removed from my home. They were in very close proximity to my house and the nieghbors fence. They were also surrounded by concrete. The crew extract them with "Precision" just like the name implies. I was compleatly satisfied is not saying enough. The price was far less than I had expected and the service was far above anything I expected. Allen is great! and the crew is there to get the job done right. Don't even bother calling anyone else.

Excellent service. Great communication and estimate was accurate and detailed so there was no confusion. We had a big job on slopes, the workers were efficient getting the job done. Will be having them back in November to trim pine trees and clear open space.

The whole experience working with this company was a real pleasure. The owner as well as the long time employees, respected all my concerns regarding septic tanks, water lines and sprinkler pipes. The work was done in a timely manner and the worksite left clean and organized.

Had 5 small 9' over grown, half dead trees that had tangled vines growing on top. Cut them down and limbs and chunks were hauled off. Efficient 3 man crew, impressive machine to grind up. Brush clean in an hour!! Thank you!!

Look no further, Chuck and his team of professionals are the ones to call. I have used their services repeatedly for over 5 years. They are conscientious about ever component of their work. I have used them for trimming of large Queen Palms, Liquid Amber and other trees. They understand proper care and shaping. Each team member takes great care to prevent damage to other plants. When the job is complete, the clean up of the area is terrific. They honestly want happy repeat customers and they have one in me.

The fire department was on me and I was the new land/home owner. Chuck was amazing to work with and not only did my place look incredible, I learned a lot about how to handle maintance and keep up with 12 acres. He took 3 massive truck loads of debri out. The fire department said it was the best pre/post check they have ever seen. You want it done right then Precision Tree and Landscaping with make sure you are happy. Worth every penny! I had a tree in my front yard that needed to be trimmed. I've seen trees while driving through different neighborhoods that were destroyed by other "tree trimming" companies. I wanted to hire someone that knew about how to shape a tree, not just hack branches off. Chuck explained how he was going to trim and shape the tree and offered some good details about why he was doing it the way he explained. I felt like i was in good hands from the beginning. Chuck and his team have built a beautiful oasis on our one acre. He came out to meet with me and my wife to personalize our vision. He is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. While he is not the least expensive landscape designer, I would highly recommend his team. You get what you pay for and CM Precision is worth it.

We have had this company come out and trim our 4 Queen Palms and Fruitless Mulberry Tree a few times. We didn't have to wait for weeks to get our trees trimmed and they were on time, and had the work done so quickly. They made sure that everything was completed to my specifications and the area was cleaned up so well and nothing was left behind. I highly recommend CM Precision Tree and Landscaping. We had a tough project for them. They had to cut our neighbors huge pine tree that was hanging over our yard. They cut about 50% of the tree and had to access the tree from our yard, which was a bit of a trick. They did an amazing job. The neighbors had pots and plants all over the area under the tree. They covered everything up and nothing was damaged. All of the tree was cut and taken down through our yard. They roped all of the branches down and there was no damage to any trees or plants in our yard.
Their team is professional and hard-working. Chuck and Pedro are miracle workers! They helped us with the many challenges that came with this project.

We found CM Precision via Home Advisor. Initially all we wanted was a bid to remove old, tired landscaping. Pedro Gonzalez came to our home and had our free quote that day. VERY FAIR pricing! It couldn't be beat. The crew showed up within the week and the work was done in one day: 4 tons of gravel removed, 30+ cacti removed, two old cactus stumps dug out and 2 additional stumps unknown to us removed at no cost!
We were so impressed with Pedro and his crew that we hired them to install our new landscaping, and it is beautiful! Our neighbors are very impressed and the compliments keep coming. Very high quality work. Pedro and his crew are hard working and take pride in their work. The professionalism, quality, and pricing are incomparable.

I contacted Chuck to get a quote to trim my Mexican Fan Palm and it was an amazing price!! He came in cheaper than the unlicensed tree guys that had given me quotes. His crew showed up within a week of giving me the quote and took extra care of my neighbor's roof, covering it with plywood, and also covering their utilities on the side of their home just in case a palm frand got out of control. My tree is about 45 ft and had not been trimmed in over 4 years so it was BAD!! The crew showed up in a large truck with a wood chipper trailer, got set up , and completed the job within 30-40 minutes. The tree looks amazing and the price was even better!! This company is licensed and insured as well. So don't have to worry about a tree hitting your neighbors house and having to foot the bill. The owner takes a hands-on approach to evaluate your needs and their overall team are professional. In addition, they are tremendously experienced and fair. I've dealt with inexperienced companies and they can simply "hack" up trees and cause mid-long term problems for trees. CM Precision knows very well how to do proper lacing of trees that ensure a good look for the tree and maintain its health. I'd recommend their company for anyone that needs quality Tree and Landscaping services. I will continue to use them as I have for several years now.

My brother hired them to remove a couple big oaks that had grown up right next to my mom’s house and deck and to do a bunch of trimming. Her deck hung out over a canyon, so this was not easy work! They did an amazing job. I applied for the sunrise powerlink grant for this and Chuck was incredibly helpful in getting it billed correctly per the grant requirements.

Because it went so well, I had them come out to my house where they removed a huge palm tree that was about a foot from a fence and 15’ from our garage. It was amazing watching them take it down in such a small space. They took out a couple trees that were up against our garage, trimmed some others with skilled precision in making the limbs fall in a very narrow spot, and ground multiple stumps. They cleaned everything up and blew off the hard surfaces. Everything looked fantastic. Pedro even called the next day to make sure it was all done to my satisfaction. They were great!

The experience with this company not only met but exceeded my expectations! The owner was on-site the same day as we called, was informative, the quote was better than others I was given. Our service day was set quickly, the crew arrived early, checked in, looked at the trees, the liquid amber needed an trim and a very large eucalyptus removed. The crew was efficient going above as they cut the eucalyptus into useable pieces. They even cleaned up leaves around the worksite. When I mentioned that I am concerned about the liquid amber, the worker shared they have an arborist on staff if I wanted more information. No upsale or pressure just info!! It was a pleasure to deal with honest integrity!

CM Precise Tree and Landscaping is a great company. Chuck is a hands-on owner and knows what he is doing. I also found him to be very honest. They came right on time, 8 a.m., and did a great job. Crew members, Heber and Pedro, were very polite and did their job very efficiently. They cleaned everything up very nicely before they left. I would not hesitate to use them again.

CM Precision trimmed 4 palms (20-30' tall) last mo. and removed a giant Allepo pine (pictured), a group of 4 smaller palms and removed stumps all in one day! The were spectacular to watch, all working in precision and safety, constantly while they took that giant tree down. They blew the pine needles off our new roof, which made me even happier. I will have so much less work to do on our large property here. The quotes we received were lower than other tree services, including our long time one. You are not going to find a better team of professionals to handle your tree needs!
