They were able to get me an appointment next day due to some cancellations. They gave me great and easy pricing by room, plus a first-time user discount. The carpets were filthy and disgusting due to previous tenant walking around in shoes and spilling coffee, but they were able to get it all up and they looked great after! Very happy with my experience. The man who cleaned for me (Dre?) was also very pleasant to deal with.

Ricardo took over a project from another team that didn’t do the window flashing correctly. Ricardo explained to me in detail the process involved and was proactive in addressing any questions or issues I had. He communicated with me consistently and even late in the evenings to keep me updated on the repair progress. He’s very detail-oriented and has a strong QC mentality. Highly recommend him—I wish everyone could have his work ethic and patience!

Alex and her team did an amazing job. There were a few hiccups but the response time and the ownership from your team made up for it. Fred, cameron, and Braden did a remarkable job. They were very professional and very flexible with my work schedule. Shawn even took the time to come to my work for a few signatures since I had such a tight schedule with my kids and husband being out of town. I am very very happy with the work they did and how your whole team went above and beyond to help me get my bathroom and garage better than good as new. I will be recommending your company for sure!

This company has been my "clean up crew" for more than the past decade, drying out two major catastrophic water floods and several small ones.

Their work has been professional, courteous, extremely fast - same day that I called - and what more can I say, I highly recommend their services.

I might add that as well they have done the carpet cleaning service for me also and price was very competitive and job was great. In fact, I am going to call them now for another carpet cleaning service.

My kitchen flooded while I went home for the holidays and I thought this was going to be a huge issue. But Clean Earth Restorations is amazing. Every single employee I have I have met or talked with has been extremely friendly and accommodating. Kevin and Dean were the main players in getting my project completed to my requirements. When there were change orders or supply chain issues they were quick to inform me and were always willing to discuss alternatives. The professionalism and attention to detail they exhibited was commendable. I have no reservations saying that I highly recommend this company and this is directly attributed to the high quality employees they are able to retain.

We recently had a water leak in our attic. The water was dripping from ceiling and coming out of the walls onto our garage floor. We called our insurance company and they hired clean earth to start the water clean up process. I was a little apprehensive at first not having picked them myself. But I have to say that I was quite impressed when Daniel and Darnell showed up and started working. They were professional, hardworking and very detailed. Also quick and efficient. Very nice guys. I was thoroughly impressed. I also used Clean Earth for my reconstruction and am so happy I did. The results are fantastic. Clean Earth Restorations made the reconstruction process of our home a breeze. When we had a main pipe water break and flooded our home we contacted our home insurance and had another company come out (not worth mentioning) and did an okay job but their cost was up the roof! My insurance was not willing to work with them anymore. I had to go out of my way and find a new restoration company that was willing to stay within budget and have a experience team to take on this job. I called Clean Earth Restoration team to come to my home for an estimate. Not only was Shawn very professional but also demonstrated attention to detail and really pointed out what was important. He wowed us with his experience and answered all the questions we had. He is highly knowledgeable and he gave us an estimate on when the project will be done. The reconstruction of my home was finished ahead of schedule and we were in our home sooner! Hire this company! They will answer their phones and will attend to every detail of your home. Communication is key and they will give you details of progress if you need them. Our home turned out beautiful. Their contractor is also extremely knowledgeable and will make things right. Overall they exceeded our expectations. Definitely, a 5 Star company!!!

We had a terrible time with Clean Earth. We had high hopes as we have exceptional insurance that recommended we use them. We also had amazing contractors on the past two jobs that we had done in our home. Unfortunately, this experience was anything but great.

The pack in/pack out folks were amazing as were the people who came and did the final touch-ups at the end. However, the plumbers filled our house with gas the SECOND time they were called just to hook up the washer and dryer, and the flooring people were impossible to get in touch with, listened to nothing we asked for, and were unbelievably slow... often having only one extremely slow person there at a time even though we had stressed that we had a hard deadline everything needed to be done by.

The most difficult part of this job, though, was our project manager. He was terrible with communication and often condescending and dismissive. Since communication was primarily over text and it can be hard to tell true motives or nuances in intent over text, I tried to talk to him in person about some of the problems we'd been experiencing. We barely started our conversation when he walked out because he didn't like what I had to say. Unreal! I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional.

This was a difficult time in our lives for many more reasons than just the slab leak and damage from it that needed to be fixed. I can say without question that Clean Earth contributed to making that difficult time far, far more challenging than it needed to be.

Francisco and Tomi are superstars. They worked quickly and efficiently to take care of everything. Clean Earth Restorations has my highest recommendation. These are the people to call if you need anything from them.

Clean Earth did a fabulous job of demolishing and then rebuilding my deck! The technicians, Juan and Joe, were professional, experienced and helpful. (They moved much of my deck furniture that was too heavy for me to lift.) Ricardo, the superintendent, kept me apprised of work plans and was responsive to all my questions. Overall, they did an excellent job!

Clean Earth replaced another firm for the reconstruction of our water damaged areas upstairs and downstairs. They were prompt, focused and finished the work in good time with minimal delay or revisits. The team was professional and courteous.
