We had an excellent experience with Skyline, they were patient, friendly and communicated well with us and with each other. It seemed that each of the people we talked to knew our project & were genuinely interested in getting it right. We had some complications with wood rot & damage that needed to be remedied before installing the new cover and they worked with us along the way to be sure everything would turn out as planned. They were also very sensitive to our pet needs which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend this company. The cover is beautiful and turned out just as they said it would. They were good for their word and acted with integrity. Thank you!

From the start to the finish of our project, all of our questions were answered promptly. The install crew was very respectful and worked quickly and cleaned their work area completely. They were very detailed oriented and had no problem explaining each step of the process to my wife and I. This was the best experience we've had with a contractor! Everything about the process was very organized and planned. The initial contact wasn't a high pressure - phony discount pricing sales pitch we'd experienced with other businesses. We simply explained what we wanted, then they explained to us how they could build it and what it would cost. Once the contract was signed they kept us informed every step of the way as to when the material would be arriving and the projected installation date would be. When that date arrived they were here on time, worked very diligently, and by the afternoon of the second day our beautiful new patio cover was completed! We've been getting very favorable comments from our neighbors and 100% satisfied with Skyline's sale and service!

We had a great experience through out this process. The customer service and professionalism was outstanding. They maintained contact with updates and actually completed the project ahead of schedule. The installers, Jay and Scott, took pride in their work and did an outstanding job. Top notch employees. We had a concept in mind when we contacted the company. Our rep (Eric) set an appointment and was there almost immediately. He was extremely easy and pleasant; knowledgeable and efficient. He made constructive recommendations and within an hour designed the PERFECT patio cover for our yard! He wanted to get our job placed on the schedule before his wedding which was coming up quickly. Eric followed up; the engineering dept sent someone to verify the dimensions and location to make certain it was perfect - - which it was. The patio cover was built on the premises and done quietly and quickly. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product and the way we were treated. We're also happy that the price was moderate - the quality excellent. We would highly recommend Skyline for the products they promote. Thanks to everyone there! We're VERY happy customers!!
