We had an excellent experience with Skyline, they were patient, friendly and communicated well with us and with each other. It seemed that each of the people we talked to knew our project & were genuinely interested in getting it right. We had some complications with wood rot & damage that needed to be remedied before installing the new cover and they worked with us along the way to be sure everything would turn out as planned.
They were also very sensitive to our pet needs which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend this company. The cover is beautiful and turned out just as they said it would. They were good for their word and acted with integrity. Thank you!

From the start to the finish of our project, all of our questions were answered promptly. The install crew was very respectful and worked quickly and cleaned their work area completely. They were very detailed oriented and had no problem explaining each step of the process to my wife and I. This was the best experience we've had with a contractor! We have already recommended Skyline to friends.

Everything about the process was very organized and planned. The initial contact wasn't a high pressure - phony discount pricing sales pitch we'd experienced with other businesses. We simply explained what we wanted, then they explained to us how they could build it and what it would cost. Once the contract was signed they kept us informed every step of the way as to when the material would be arriving and the projected installation date would be. When that date arrived they were here on time, worked very diligently, and by the afternoon of the second day our beautiful new patio cover was completed! We've been getting very favorable comments from our neighbors and 100% satisfied with Skyline's sale and service!

We had a concept in mind when we contacted the company. Our rep (Eric) set an appointment and was there almost immediately. He was extremely easy and pleasant; knowledgeable and efficient. He made constructive recommendations and within an hour designed the PERFECT patio cover for our yard! He wanted to get our job placed on the schedule before his wedding which was coming up quickly. Eric followed up; the engineering dept sent someone to verify the dimensions and location to make certain it was perfect - - which it was. The patio cover was built on the premises and done quietly and quickly. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product and the way we were treated. We're also happy that the price was moderate - the quality excellent.

We highly recommend Skyline Sunrooms Patio Covers. Ours trellis patio cover was installed 21 years ago and still looks great. We noticed a few bolts were rusted and possibly the sealant along the top needed to be reapplied. Scott did an excellent job…very professional and personable.
If you need a patio cover, you cannot go wrong with Skyline.

I plan on recommending Skyline Patios to anyone I know looking for a company to build a patio cover. I received several quotes months before my project. A major competitor I called was kinda rude when I called to ask questions about their services. Other companies only offered a basic installation and had limited product options. I eventually found Skyline. I called and was forwarded to Joe. I was upfront with him and said I wasn't ready and was only calling to ask questions. Joe spent about an hour on the phone with me and went above and beyond. Months later I had a custom patio cover built that came out perfect! My project needed so many special customizations and came out amazing!

Skyline installed our patio cover in two days and were very professional and cleaned up after the construction! The guys were friendly and answered our questions and at the end, showed us how to clean our patio cover. We really like that it will last longer than wood and is almost maintenance free! Looks great too!

The foreman Chris was amazing and his team did an excellent job setting everything up and asked for our thoughts throughout the build to make sure all the things lined up with our expectations. Skyline did a great initial consultation to final cleanup after our patio cover was finished. They had done a smaller patio cover for us last year and we liked their work and interacting with them, so we had them do a second patio for us!

I did a great deal of research before choosing Skyline to redo my patio cover. Am very glad I did. Very professional, dependable, and upfront. Came to the house numerous times to measure and discuss details before actual install. Install took three days, but they were meticulous with measurements and workmanship. Also cleaned up after themselves. Office responds immediately to any questions or concerns and are extremely helpful and polite. Couldn't be happier with the end product as well as the experience.

Every step of the process was handled by superb professionals: they explained every possible options and design. They didn't even push the idea of the most expensive potion either. Once we decided on the design and the materials, they kept us informed of every next step or any delays via emails. Unfortunately, our process took rather long due to the supply chain issues and relocation of manufacturer (we were informed in the beginning as well), but we were confident that it would be worth the wait. And boy, are we glad to go with Skyline Sunrooms & Patio Covers! Our patio cover is just like the picture I showed them and it is stunning! The installation crew was just as professional and explained on the maintenance. If I ever need more patio cover, I will not hesitate to contact them again and love to visit them at their showroom!
