I had a very frustrating experience with Fast Haul. Horrible customer service, drivers that we not able to communicate about pickups and got flustered easily. would not recommend at all.

When I contacted them they were able to come the very next morning and they were super-quick, did a great job taking the debris and trash within about 45 minutes. I also noticed that they carefully secured the load, which some haulers neglect. Excellent service.

We have used them for many years. They have always provided excellent service at a reasonable price. In addition to hauling, they did a demolition job removing an old shed and a small concrete pool from the back yard. We also use them for basic monthly yard maintenance. Good company; good people.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. To begin, it is difficult to get in contact with these folks. Once you do, they don't answer the phone and greet you with the name of the company, it's just a "Hello," as if you're calling some random person. Then, I gave a very clear and detailed description of the items that I wanted picked up, but the guy I spoke with kept asking me to repeat myself over-and-over again, and was not paying attention to what I was saying. When I finally got him to understand the items that I needed picked up, he quoted me a price of $100. I thought that was very reasonable, so I mentioned I would get a few more quotes and call back. Fast forward to a few business days later. I call back, again experiencing a challenge with getting a hold of them. When someone finally picked up with "Hello," and not something like, "Fast Haul, how can I help you," a different guy asked if he could call me back, but didn't take my number. I waited and called back later. Finally, the same person picks up. I went down the list of items that I needed picked up, and also mentioned the $100 quote that I received, to which he responded, "Oh, no!" He then quoted me a price that is double what they originally said. At this point, I was done with these people, briefly expressed that I would not be obtaining their services, since they were going to double the quote like that. Their first impression was something like the things that they pick up... TRASH! I can only imagine what doing business with them would be like, so I am not even going to risk the frustration.

I e-mailed Fast Haul in the AM and got an immediate response. John was at my house by noon, gave a very reasonable quote, I accepted and by 1PM my pile was gone.
I will definitely call these folks again.

I am Jonathon week, am living in San Francisco, USA. I changed my house 2 weeks ago. But before entering into my new house, I found that the house is very dirty. Few days ago I called "Fast Haul- Junk Removal team for my household cleaning. The guys of this team were very friendly and they removed all the wastage carefully with full of responsibility. I'm very happy to work with them. If you need to clean your house, you can higher them. Their removal cost is also reasonable.

I've been using Fast Haul for years. They're always super responsive and fast, very friendly, and very reasonably priced. In addition to hauling unwanted items, they also picked up and delivered a large bbq a friend donated to us. I highly recommend Fast Haul.

I’m really not the kind of person that knows a lot about getting anything removed or what the cost of taking your own stuff to the dump or getting a dumpster is. I’ve only ever done it once before. But I do feel like the work that the people who came to my house did was definitely worth what they quoted me for. I also didn’t check any other companies but I feel like it was really reasonable for how much they took. I do wish that pricing was explained a bit better and there’s so many numbers on the website it’s hard to know who to contact. However they were really nice and they were fast and swept up the walk way. I even got a cute little hand written thank you note afterwards.

I was moving from San Leandro CA and on the last day I found myself with much more junk than goods. I filled in a form & John called me back in 5 minutes. They got there the same day - 15 minutes early. VERY REASONABLE compared to other companies. I also had a large wooded desk & 2 large wood filing cabinets that were heavy - but they got it all done in 1 hour! The dumps would have cost me more - and I would have 3 loads. Great job guys!
