During the big storms in December we realized that one of the gutters was slanted the wrong way, overflowing and coming into our window. I called sunshine gutters. They came out and met with me and decided to “tune” up the entire gutter system and replace the gutter that was causing the issue.
When the workers came I explained to them what the scope of work was, but they didn’t get the memo about the leaning gutter… the gutter with the issue… the reason I called for some help.
He said he would call his boss and take care of it. When I got home from work I noticed that nothing had been done to the gutter in question.
I then got a bill for 70 feet of gutter when they only installed 20, so we had to get that corrected.
While speaking to carol we scheduled the original scope of work, the downspout. I received an estimate. And approved it and received a scheduling date. I took the morning off work to meet the crew to make sure they understood the assignment this time. However, they never showed… Never answered my call that day and then Carol told me to call this guy named Tony. I scheduled the install 3 more times taking time off work and they never showed. I guess I am a fool for trusting this company, they only had one job and botched it so badly its like a bad comedy.
Do not trust this company or give them any money, they over bill, don’t perform the work requested and ghost you and no show. I even called them and asked they re-schedule the down spout or my only recourse would be to leave a bad review…. No response! Unbelievable.

UPDATE: Sunshine gutters made good on the work and handled everything, so updating to 4 stars. I believe the initial issues came down to the project manager that initially came to the home, and that he did not adequately communicate to his team. Once he was out of the picture, we were able to resolve any outstanding items and the owner is a stand up guy!

We had a great experience with Sunshine Gutters after we got taken for a ride by another gutter outfit.
During the winter storms, our gutters failed and were leaking in front of the garage door and the back patio door. We scheduled a gutter company to come out and fix our gutters and they didn't show up both times.

We couldn't be happier with the service and will use them again in a few years when it's time to replace the gutters on our other house.
