Everything about this experience was super easy! I don't people at all but I needed a tree removed bc it was over a one lane road that is shared by 6 residents and I didnt want it to block the road during a storm.

I called and talked to someone and within a couple of hours one of the guys showed up to assess the tree.

They sent me a quote and I excepted it and that was all through email. They came out 2 days later to remove the tree! They left everything clean.

I will 100% use them again (in the summer to do some brush/tree cleaning)! And they do offer military discount!

The brush mastication project went better than I expected. The crew was delayed getting to the site due to equipment issues, but once on site they were, quick, capable and caring. They cleaned up the work site at the end and left it in great shape. Thanks!

I've used their services twice and have been satisfied with the quality of their work. They are punctual, precise in their cutting, and my trees always look much better after their services. I highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future as my trustworthy tree services folks! Their prices are reasonable too!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We had a massive tree uproot and fall over at 7pm, it fell over our fence and a huge branch was resting on our neighbors RV, the tree was slowly uprooting and threatening to crush the RV and the fence.

They answered the call right away and had someone over within 15 minutes for a quote, about 45 minutes later a crew was at our house and able to get the tree balanced, and the large parts off of the neighbors RV. We have horrible lighting and due to that, they were not able to safely take care of the rest that night However, they were back the very next day to take care of the rest.

This was a stressful and time sensitive situation, but Tailored Tree provided immediate professional, kind, and helpful service which relieved all stress within hours, the only damage sustained was the concrete that broke from the tree roots.

I have hired Tailored Tree multiple times over the past 8 years and have always been impressed with their services! They are efficient about responding to calls, scheduling appointments, and providing proposals. They listen to what I am hoping to achieve and provide excellent suggestions for how to best accomplish that. The tree trimming crews have always been friendly and professional and their work exceeds my expectations! I will definitely hire them again!

Estimator provided a clean quote without any extra services that I did not need or want. Scheduling was easy. 3 person crew was on time, fast and courteous. They did everything I was quoted, and did not try to upsell anything, something I appreciate. They cleaned fallen branches in neighbors yards, raked and swept prior to leaving. This was second time using Tailored Tree, and will call them again as needed.

I am renting a house out in El Dorado Hills. I live out of state. I was worried about finding quality service since I was not around to look after the work. James of Best Choice Carpet took all my worries away. Was easy to contact always checked in with his work. I was extremely satisfied for the price. Paid a lot more with other commercial companies for less work. When the next lease is over I will definitely use Best Choice again

I used James services when I was the Operations Manager at a not so great company. He did a good job and always offered to come by and do a free spot cleaning if there was ever a stain made after his work. He does a good job and I highly recommend him and his work!!

James and co-worker Adrianne did a great job! They were able to get out stains from years ago that I thought would never come out. Our carpets look brand new and don't smell like dog anymore. And best yet we scheduled on short notice, they showed up on time and ready to work. I'm impressed!

James, who is owner/operator was easy to schedule and on time. Did very professional job cleaning carpets and tile in shower. Best Choice uses all biodegradable cleaning products. And I was impressed with how fast the carpet dried.

I was looking for a move-out cleaning on short notice and contacted Robin at Final Touch. She was thorough, professional, conscientious, reasonable, and friendly. But most impressive is her passion for quality work and customer satisfaction, extensive knowledge about cleaning products, and her tips on the correct products to use on the materials of the surfaces to be cleaned.
