Reviews of local pros in El Segundo, California

Ken and his team were extremely professional, kind and communicative since the very first time I established contact with them. I used them for tile & grout cleaning as well as for upholstery cleaning. Price as well as expectations on my wants / needs were shared upfront. They did a great job and I highly recommend them!

Loved it! They were efficient and effective. My recliner looks like new, as well as the dining room table chairs that once belonged to my Mother-in-law. The guys arrived early, worked hard, and deserve a stellar review. I should have taken before and after photos.

Ken and his team were amazing!!! We had carpets that had not been cleaned in years. He came in and made them look new again!.. I have already used him again at another property!!!!

Ken provided exceptional service, demonstrating both expertise and a friendly, demeanor while cleaning our couch. Would definitely hire him again!

This is an excellent company. Work starts on time, a thorough cleaning followed by a thorough water removal. My furniture and rugs were left fresh and clean. I will be using this company again. John who did the job was very professional and also a very gentle man.

We had three rooms done. It took about one hour. Dried in 6 hrs. Quality and efficient work. No mess/ water on the hardwood floors. Great experience. (Client was my spouse, Barbara Neuberg)

Ken and John are awesome. SUPER easy to work with. I placed my order online and they were here one day later. Really communicative and pro. If you need carpet and/or upholstery cleaning use Karma. The best in the South Bay.

Great experience with Karma Carpet Cleaning, making an appointment was quick and easy, our carpet was in need of attention and now looks way better. Thanks Ken! Will be reaching out to you for future services.

I recently had my white couch cleaned by Karma Carpet Cleaning, and it looks brand new! Between everyday wear and tear, my dog, and a few pen marks, it was definitely in need of some care. John came in and worked his magic. He explained the process, assessed the level of dirt and stains, and even gave me some great tips for keeping it clean between services.

Ken, the owner, was super easy to work with and very flexible when I needed to switch dates. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Karma Carpet Cleaning for anyone needing a refresh for their furniture!

Ken at Carpet Karma was friendly, professional and proficient. We will use them again and we will recommend them

When I was looking for quotes/availability, Karma was very quick and responsive. I was able to get an appointment the same week, the tech who cleaned my carpets was very professional and did a great job. The carpets look brand new and smell great. I highly recommend KCC for your carpet cleaning needs.

Karma Carpet Cleaning is amazing! I called them at noon yesterday and they had a team at my home in 2 hours! The guys were professional and did a great job! So happy with this company that I found on Google! Highly recommend and the customer service is outstanding!

I had to book this company last minute, literally. The proprietor was able to send a team within a couple of hours of my request.
They cleaned the carpet in my office beautifly and even managed to get up some mildew and rust stains. The cleaners were friendly and above all else honest. It was so refreshing to find a company that still believes in customer service. I will definately use them again as well as refer them to others

I forget the gentleman that did our chairs, but he was on time, friendly and very professional.
He did a great job and explained the process well. I would use this service again or recommend to a friend.

Karma carpet was recommended to me by a trusted friend after my complaints about my light colored couches that were literally dog- dirty. I booked them and couldn’t be happier with the result. My couches look brand new and it only took barely two hours! The service was friendly and professional. I highly recommend! Pd.

Karma Carpet Cleaning did a fabulous job! Cleaned two very dirty & stained rooms of carpet, & velvet-type love seat, dining room chair seats & an area rug. We are so happy with the results. I highly recommend.

I had a good experience with Karma Carpet Cleaning! They were communicative throughout the entire process, making it easy to schedule an appointment that worked for me. The team was quick, efficient, and very professional. My carpets and couches look amazing, and the whole process was hassle-free. I highly recommend them!

I was nervous about getting the carpet in my 1-bedroom apartment cleaned, as it had been many years since I had it cleaned before (by Stanley Steemer and Coit), and I had about 3 or 4 heavily stained spots. Luckily I found Karma Carpet Cleaning online. Ken (owner) made the process very easy and was able to accommodate my schedule and sent me several reminders and tips via text and email.

Franky P (cleaner) showed up on time and was very professional. He was unable to find parking directly in front of my building, but he made it work by running the cleaning equipment out my bedroom's balcony door and over to the street (instead of using the front door). He measured all the rooms and gave me a quote which was quite reasonable (and significantly cheaper than Stanley Steemer).

Franky P cleaned the carpet quickly and efficiently and was very respectful of me and my property. The carpet dried in 24 hours' time and is now very clean and looks great. I highly recommend Karma Carpet Cleaning to anyone.

Karma cleaned my white couch. It was a mess after 4 years of wear and tear, but it looks brand new again.
We had to move the date once due to the rain and they were communicative during the process.
I would recommend them to a friend.

Karma Carpet Cleaning has come to my house twice and done an amazing job each time! They respond EXTREMELY quickly and their pricing has been exceedingly fair. I also appreciate how quick and courteous they are given I have had to reach out suddenly for service. It's admittedly not something I need often, but they're the only company I will use!

If you have carpet, area rugs or couches use Karma Carpet cleaners. They do an amazing job. Our rugs and carpets look great and they pay attention to detail! I’ll definitely keep using this company each year! Such a professional company and Ken was great! He exceeded my expectations.
