Reviews of local pros in El Segundo, California

We tasked Ken and his team with cleaning out a beloved mostly white rug. He was highly communicative. I could tell his team wanted to do good work. When some stains didn't come out, they did it again.

The lesson here is: If you spill something, DO NOT TREAT IT. Just call Ken!!!!!

I highly recommend Karma Carpet Cleaning! I have very old carpets and some kitty issues. Not only is everything extremely fresh and clean my carpets look amazing once again and that’s saying a lot seeing as they’re over 16 years old! Ken does an amazing job!!!

Ken and Frankie were both great, very responsive and respectful and no up charges or extra fees what I was quoted was what I was paid.
The cleaning was quick and my rug dried within a few hours and looks great.

Karma Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and area rug. They were prompt, professional and charged a reasonable price. I will definitely use Karma Carpet Cleaning in the future again for all of my carpet care needs.

A beautiful job was delivered as promised , extra care was taken in looking out for all my small antigues & collectibles which is always a challenge and the carpet looks great to boot . Best , Tim Tribalart LA

I got my sofa cleaned by Ken and this guy did an amazing job - he was on time, super friendly and fair with his prices. He answered every one of my phones calls even while he was out on vacation. Would definitely use his services again.

Outstanding work. Ontime, held price, and very friendly and professional. I run the Hotel 2TwentyOne in El Segundo, and I will use Ken again ! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Karma Carpet Cleaning! They arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. There were no surprise charges—everything was very transparent, and they explained the pricing upfront. They even gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain my carpet between cleanings. The service was thorough, and my carpets look and feel fresh again. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommended. They came when they did three apartments in our building and they brought our dead Carpet back to life
Fast easy Will definitely use again

Ken and his team were right on time. They did a great job and offered superior customer service. I added the scotch guard and I am so happy with the results. John cleaned the carpet and was one of the easiest people I have spoken with since making my more recent home upgrades.

The team at Karma is truly wonderful. We got a new puppy in december of last year, and she couldn’t help but use our living room rug as a toilet for the first couple months. Franky came and did a fantastic job with the initial clean. He was courteous, polite, thorough and communicative. As satisfied as I was with the service, I couldn’t help but still notice a lingering smell. I reached out to Ken and he was more than happy to send someone out for some extra odor treatment. John was equally courteous and thoughtful, making sure I understood what products were used and ensuring that they wouldn’t harm my dogs.
It was an absolute pleasure having the team come and service my rugs. Highly recommend!

We had our carpets, area rugs, recliner, and sectional cleaned by Karma Carpet Cleaning and it was an amazing experience. Kenneth arrived promptly at scheduled time and was able to complete the job quickly considering how much needed to be done. He even gave us tips on how to maintain cleanliness until our next cleaning. Friendly service and a great deal! Would absolutely book again in the future.

Karma Carpet Cleaning was awesome! They did an EXCELLENT job on our carpet. What used to look like totally used up carpet, turned out to look.almost brand new once they were finished. They were very professional, very timely, in fact, they arrived a little early which was fine with us. We will definitely be return customers.

Exceeded our expectation, we thought there was no salvation for this rug! They managed to remove tar from the carpet. Super helpful, patients and super knowledgeable about the services. 10/10 recommend!

Great service. Franky was wonderful. My couch looks brand new. We have a chair with cushions we had upholstered 27 years ago and he could not get it clean, so he immediately let me know and adjusted the price. Very cool move.

Price wise it was almost double the quote. But I still felt it was worth it. Couch was pretty dirty!

So grateful to find Karma Carpet Cleaning! Found some shady options online when searching for carpet cleaning but KCC saved the day. I was able to book same day and Frankie came out in the afternoon and did an amazing job. He was great to work with and I’d hire them again! See pics for before and after!

John was the absolute best! He went above and beyond to get my carpets cleaned. Karma carpet cleaners were recommended to us by friends who mentioned they did a great job of getting oil out of furniture and they highly recommended them.

They are worth every penny and I’m so happy we had them no one and clean our carpets and fully removed pet urine from potty training incidents.
