Very poor service to our HOA in my opinion (I'm a Board member). Work crews unfriendly and with a hostile attitude to homeowners, I had personal experience in making this statement. Cheaper bid from prior landscaping company resulted in inferior work.

This company is incompetent. I live at Pacific Cannery Lofts in Oakland and am attaching a photo of our banana trees that have been like this for 2 months now. This is proof enough to not hire them unless you enjoy their sloppiness and lack of gardening skills...sorry guys but I can't post photo

REROUTING OF DOWNSPOUT. In our 60+-year-old house the water no longer flowed from our gutter properly but flooded an area within our carport. We rigged a makeshift way to carry it off, but this meant going out every time it rained, to place a temporary discharge pipe. Miguel Lopez, who is both knowledgeable and friendly, came and quickly changed the direction of the runoff and effectively solved our problem. He also went to extra lengths to find just the color of downspout I wanted. I am extremely pleased with both the job and Miguel's helpful and cooperative way of working with us.
