After their recent move to the new office, I wasn’t sure if scheduling would be chaotic, but it was actually smoother than ever. The person who answered the phone walked me through a few basic troubleshooting steps before booking my appointment, which already gave me confidence they knew what they were doing.

The technician arrived right on time and immediately pinpointed the issue with my refrigerator not cooling properly. He explained the temperature regulation problem, showed me the worn-out control board, and had the correct replacement part ready to go. I appreciated that he didn’t rush, but still worked efficiently. My fridge is running quieter than before, and the energy usage is noticeably better.

Mark arrived after a couple of times trying to fix our appointment to fit my schedule. The problem i needed help with, is the strange noise i noticed a few days ago coming from the vent hood fan. He inspected the situation and worked in it. I left him to run an errand, when i got back he told me i kept him waiting. I am really sorry for keeping you waiting, i never expected it to be fixed quickly. Thank you and i apologize again.

Be Warned!!! Extremely unreliable. I was scheduled 3 times for ice maker repair and they never showed or never called. They are quick to get your credit card info and supposedly schedule however after the 3rd NO SHOW NO CALL this company is a absolute JOKE!!!

It has taken me 6 months to find a company who will work with my home warranty. I called this company yesterday and was able to get on their books today and my window was from 4-7. The woman who I spoke w yesterday was extremely rude but I didn’t say anything. I sat at my house for hours waiting on them. So I called tonight at 6:45 and the same woman says oh sorry we don’t have techs available. I’m sorry what??! Then she claims the manager called me and it went straight to voicemail. The hell it did!! My phone didn’t go out of my sight bc I didn’t want to miss their phone call saying they were 30 mins away. Even if my phone went straight to voicemail, no one thought it was necessary to leave a voicemail?! Nope. Unprofessional and unreliable.

I called to try and book an appointment. I described the problem and gave her my address and agreed to a time slot. After I gave her all this, the robot sounding lady said there would be a $70 trip fee just for them to come out, whether or not they could fix it. She asked me for my credit card info. I balked at this since it made me a little uneasy that I’ve never met them and they are going to charge me. Then she said they would send our the closest repair service. I said “so this isn’t the actual company, this is just a call service?”. She said “that is correct”. As I began to respond, she hung up on me! They hung up on me because I was uncomfortable providing a credit card before anything was done! Technically, the actual person who owns the company might be terrific and do great repairs. But this call service they use hung up on me!

Delta Appliances came to our building to inspect a stove for repair. We clearly communicated to the technician that we required a written estimate before proceeding. However, more than a week and a half later, we are still struggling to obtain that estimate.

Our experience has been frustrating. Communication has been poor, and the responses we have received have come across as unprofessional and, at times, condescending toward our clearly stated needs.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this company.

Amazing service. Very quick to set up an appointment, came in and got their work done in a timely manner. My washer was clogged up and they were able to unclog it, the culprit…. A baby sock! We took the opportunity to ask if they can check out our dryer vent and they did!They were able to take out a lot of accumulated lint. My washer and dryer are well taken care of. Very happy with their service!

Our fridge was not cooling. This crew came in and told us the problem within 15 min. Ordered the part and was back in 2 days. The repair was fast and efficient. Very nice guys. Would definitely recommend them!
