I was having a problem with my washing making a loud noise during the wash cycle. I called Amad at Safe Appliance. He answered my call and gave me an estimate time of arrival. Amad performed a thourgh diagnosis and explained to me what was causing the noise. The diagnosis was user error due to loads being to heavy. Amad was professional and friendly. I highly recommend Safe Appliance.

Ahmet was super communicative, came on time, and was very helpful in diagnosing the issue causing my big wine fridge to leak. Unfortunately it isn’t a fixable issue (the body of the fridge is ever so slightly bowed). But, while he was here I was able to randomly ask if he knew how to relight a gas fireplace pilot light that had been turned off and he got it relight for us! He’s a very helpful and honest guy.

I cannot begin to explain how thankful my family and I for Ahmad with Safe Appliance repair. He reached out to us the day before he was to come service our oven. I contacted Safe Appliance Repair for my refrigerator. He found the problem and explained the issue and went and got the new part fixed the problem right away. I was expecting the price to fix it t9 be higher but Their prices fit right into my budget. Excellent work guys.

I had a great experience with Safe Appliance. They came out quickly and did a thorough, professional job. Best of all, they fixed the problem that day for a great price. I highly recommend them and will have them back for regular maintenance.

Be very careful.......I want to warn others about my experience with Appliance Repair Service LLC regarding what I believe were excessive labor charges.

To be fair, the technician (Owner) arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my appliance during the first visit. He explained what part was needed but did not have it with him at the time. He said he would return the next day with the part between 11 AM and 1 PM, which was fine with me.

During that first visit, I asked how long the repair would likely take once the part was installed. I was told around 1 hour, possibly up to 1.5 hours, which seemed reasonable.

The next day the technician (Owner) arrived within the promised time window and brought the part. However, the actual repair took about 20 minutes total from start to finish. Despite the repair being completed that quickly, I was charged $51 for the part and $200 for labor.

Charging $200 in labor for roughly 20 minutes of work—especially after setting the expectation that the job would take around an hour or more—felt extremely excessive and misleading. While the repair itself was completed successfully, the labor charge was not justified by the amount of time spent doing the work.

Customers should be very careful and clarify whether labor is flat-rate or time-based before agreeing to service. Had I known the labor cost would be $200 regardless of how little time the repair actually took, I likely would have explored other options.

The technician (Owner) was punctual and the problem was fixed, but the pricing for labor felt unreasonable and left a very negative impression.
