Alveen and his crew are fantastic to work with. Our pool was in bad shape and needed help and he had it clean in days! It was actually cleaner than we’ve ever seen it before! He is great in communicating with you and very easy to work with. The monthly service fee is WORTH IT. (Take it from people who tried to do it on their own)

Sparkles Pool Service has been the best decision we’ve made in a long time. The pool has never gone green is always looking super clean blue and our equipment has been taken care of with no issues. We had some shotty work done by another pool company and they fixed everything and now the pool is always staying clean. other pool companies never followed through with their promises and Spakles has gone above and beyond every time and we can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend this company if you want to stop chasing your pool guy around and having to work on your own pool when it’s not done right.

You’d expect for a representative of a company to have some decency and sense for the commonwealth but not in this case. Currently 8 months pregnant and this worker on Wednesday March 4 (around 16:55) decided to almost hit my vehicle with no turn signal so that he can go on the freeway ramp. Not only could they have caused me to possibly go into preterm labor just for them to cut in front for some immature reason, but to do it in a company vehicle is just embarrassing.

I recently scheduled a carpet and upholstery cleaning for my white sofa in Elk Grove. My sofa hadn’t been professionally cleaned since I bought it and had a few visible spots. Jermaine and Lucas did a fantastic job making it look fresh and bright again, just like when I first got it. They were friendly and kept me updated about when they would arrive. Yesterday, Lucas spent several hours at our home in Elk Grove, taking care of our carpet cleaning needs. He deep cleaned the carpets in two bathrooms and also did a thorough job on our couches, loveseat, lounge chairs, dining room chairs, and pillows. It was a big task, but Lucas kept a friendly attitude the whole time. He was also happy to wear a mask when we asked, which we really appreciated. By the end of the day, our bathroom carpets looked spotless, and the grout was bright and clean again. The family room furniture and pillows looked much fresher, with colors that really popped. The dining room chairs still showed some signs of age, but I was pleased with how much cleaner they looked. At first, I was unsure about the living room couch and loveseat since they didn't seem as evenly clean. Lucas told me not to worry and that if, after drying, they didn’t look right, I could reach out. The next morning, I noticed the living room furniture still wasn’t as clean as the rest, so I called the company. They explained that sometimes, if carpets or furniture haven’t been cleaned in a long time, it’s tough to make them look brand new. Still, Lucas came back right away and gave extra attention to the living room furniture. After his second visit, the couch and loveseat looked just as great as the others. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning company in Elk Grove. They really care about their work and making sure customers are happy.

Horrible service from the start! Quoted a price over phone then asked for $200 more upon arrival!
I negotiated down but still paid a lot more than quoted! The young kid zipped through cleaning my sectional couch and left tons of water all over my expensive floors. I had to mop up the mess and I asked him why he wasn’t prepared to clean up all the water he was making! He had no words. I involved the supervisor and she was not the best to work with either. She did eventually tell him to clean the couch better, and she lowered the price a bit, but not much. The kid preceded to clean the pillows and after 15 minutes… said he was done! He didn’t even clean the back of the couch and missed a couple pillows! What a joke this experience was!! I paid him $150 and said I would finish the job and clean up the mess he made. He agreed and left! The company could have easily made it right and either sent over another technician or reduced the cost substantially but did neither.
DO NOT USE THIS CARPET COMPANY ITS HORRIBLE, NOT HONEST AND TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE GARBAGE!!! WORSE SERVICE EVER!!

To address the issue caused by cat urine, our technician skillfully extracted 3 gallons of water and urine from the carpet. We then applied 2 gallons of the PURT solution, which needs to stay moist to effectively neutralize the cat urine and its crystals in the carpet, backing, subfloor, and baseboards. The team followed all procedures precisely. The customer was informed about the process and signed a waiver regarding any potential damage.

I really should have snapped a before photo, a sentiment anyone with two toddlers could understand. The end result left us both delighted and astounded.
