After another company gave up on my unusually difficult and badly clogged dryer vent, Vince came to the house, studied the problem, tried a few ideas, and then returned the next day and put in two more hours of creative thinking and hard work until the vent was clear. Great service and attitude.

I’ve used Star on several occasions for carpet cleaning at my home and my Mom’s house. Service is consistently outstanding. I was so pleased with the service I received. They went above and beyond to help me in a short notice and I am very please with the outcome.

Highly recommend. Called Saturday 4pm, they made exception for appointment on Sunday to clean dryer vent duct. Tech was extremely professional; had complete confidence he knew what he was doing and that he did a thorough job. I could not be happier with my experience.

I’m glad I ended up getting the dryer duct cleaning done. I don't think my house has ever had that done. The reason I did it was
2-fold. One, the clothes weren't drying as well as they should have, and two, you hear the horror stories of fires as a result of dirty vents. Vince called the afternoon before he was supposed to be out to confirm his arrival. He was professional and responsive through Yelp, and he responded over the weekend. Once he gave me a price, I didn't respond for a while because I wasn't sure I had the money for it. He didn't bother me or try to push the sale. He left it on me. Once we confirmed the appointment, he was prompt and respectful. He cleaned up after himself and did mention that the dryer wasn't as hot as he'd like but seemed to be working. He didn't try to pretend he was a repair man to peddle extra money. He was genuine, came in, did the job, cleaned up, and left.

I requested a quote through Yelp, and Vince contacted me quickly and was able to get to my house within a couple days. He's great to deal with and you can see he takes pride in his work. Vince is great! Counseled me to wait until could do all of the ducts instead of doing a partial job that I had in mind! I appreciate the integrity instead of a hard sell. Service Tech showed up on time and was very courteous. He performed a thorough cleaning of dryer, vent hose and dryer duct. After cleaning he vacuumed up all the debris and put everything back in place.

Overall easy company to work with. I called back and set myself up for a two year callback appointment.

One of the best service calls I've had. Set-up was super easy. Made contact and he scheduled the appointment for me within a couple of hours. Text the night before as well as the day of to confirm time and that he was on his way. Sent pictures of the work being done and even went above and beyond to fix something that wasn't on the agenda. On top of that he has one of the best personalities a person could have. Had a ball talking to him!!! If you need a service don't hesitate to hire him. You will not be disappointed!
