Bob's Landscaping

I called this guy Monday morning he said he had a few things to do but he would be in my home later that day at 5:00 p.m. I call back he wants photo of the valves and my address can you give me a thumbs up no appointment was scheduled just to see my address in valves then he text back saying he'll be there tomorrow on a Tuesday still no show since there is no show from him twice I move on look at other options later that night on Tuesday send me texts that I have scheduled appointment for the following day Wednesday I just assumed he will not show up again I call him Wednesday morning looking at other options the options I had I have a neighbor around the corner who was a landscaper who said he would help me he actually took me to Guardian supply store in Roseville for commercial use he bought the valve forever 19 something dollars Bob what's going to charge me $140 for the first round after that it would be 120 for each of the other valve's my neighbor took care of problem I had in less than 15 minutes and taught me how to do it myself Bob did show up later that day I was not home when he called me after reaching my home he was already having an attitude problem and he was angry and when I told him I had moved on what's my neighbor the attitude got worse he was complaining about the long drive 40-minute drive in over 100° weather weather car that has air conditioning he told me not to call him he was quite upset having a tantrum sorry text back and told him don't worry I will not call you anymore I'll get somebody more reliable Vinny starts complaining about me harassing him can I text back you come to my home with an attitude can you get angry and yet you think I'm harassing you when you can with this attitude the moment I told him I will make my reviews he started with this you're harassing me but I told him he don't show up I move on don't hire this guy or this company if they keep getting issues like this yes I did look at the reviews after he left by the way if you look up this company don't just look at the reviews scroll down to the address I think we need to hire a landscaper for the yard they have in front of the house somebody that can put the sprinkler system as well cuz it's all dried out

Excellent customer service! Completed a job a month ago, grass looks great. Had an issue with one of my sprinklers, they were quick to fix within 24hrs.

Very pleased with the entire process.
We had a damaged drainage system replaced, leak located and repaired and new sprinklers installed. Bob and his crew were prompt and professional. They addressed all issues, keeping us updated as things progressed and completed our request to our satisfaction.
