We used Fast Action in our area with great success. From the first inspection to now our in home care with Donald, he has been a great asset. He takes him time explaining everything, plus, their services WORK! From rodents to our ant problem, gone.
Bonus points for them sweeping spider webs and just being really friendly.

We’ve been using Fast Action for a little over a year now and most of the time we get serviced by Jose. We absolutely love Jose. He is very respectful, informative, and shows real appreciation for his work. He always goes above and beyond to take care of the spaces where our kids play and I really appreciate that!
Also like to add that, yes, the bugs and rodents have been kept away!

When receiving my bill last month, the Tech, left a bill, which is fine, my wife paid the bill, they cashed the check and sent texts, saying my balance is over due.

I called, spoke to a supervisor, named Hannah. She asked me where I got that account number, I said it was at the bottom of the invoice.

The invoice that they left me belonged to someone else, I paid thier bill, not mine due to the account number that was written.

They take no responsibility for their error. I owe a small balance, like $7.00 or so. The money is not the issue.

Many years, I have had fast action as my service.

I’m not asking for anything thing, but for people to take ownership of errors that are made by them.

When you get an invoice, you pay it. If they make the mistake, they make it right. I asked when you go store and purchase something, and the price is lower on the item, you than what is advertised, you pay the lower amount, do you not? She said this is not a grocery store, so I don’t know how that works .

Really?? There is no difference. This is what we have working in our businesses.

Again, I get it, mistakes do happen, but when they do, own up to it and make it right.

It’s funny, when a technician provides a service , they ask if you could rate their performance, I don’t think this is the review they wanted, be careful what you ask for.

We had a great experience with Sean T. today. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done right before leaving. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing good service. Highly recommend him and the pest control company he represents.

Kenneth and his helper from Fast Action Pest Control arrived on time and presented an immediately reassuring tone and manner—very positive, professional and eager to ensure everything would be throughly addressed. Throughout their nearly 3 hour visit, Kenneth kept me informed of their progress what they were doing to prevent termite re-emergence. This was not a “spot” treatment, “thanks” “see you next time,” visit. It was a purposeful honoring of the guarantee Fast Action made when I signed up for their termite protection program. There will always be problems. The real test is what a company does to address the problem. Fast Action and Kenneth validated my decision to trust their guarantee. They did not quibble about “addressing the problem” and left knowing they had a satisfied customer.

He communicates well and always asks if there is anything I want him to focus on during this visit. I called last night with a bug issue in one of our bathrooms. A tech was here at 9:00 taking care of the problem. They are thorough and friendly and we rarely see a bug since we signed up for their service. It's been really great not to worry about spiders in the backyard and garage. Mateo is taking great care of us.
