EAMS Plumbing and Drain

Jared arrived on time and checked out my kitchen and master bathroom faucets because of low water pressure. He told me what was wrong and to replace the cartridge in the kitchen would cost over $500. I declined. I would buy a new faucet instead of paying $500 to fix the old one. I’m not sure what happened in the master bathroom but I discovered later that everything underneath in the cabinet was soaked. I checked for leaks but didn’t find any so this happened as he was checking the faucet. I paid $99 dispatch charge.

It was fantastic that EAMS was able to fix my problem the same day I called. Three other companies said it would be 3-7 days to come out. EAMS sent Chris and his assistant, both were awesome. I appreciate that they were both local. I also appreciated how I didn’t get the upsell speech, which I feel so many other companies do.

Timely outstanding service. Eams replaced our water heater the same day it stopped working. They explained everything thoroughly and understandably. All work was performed efficiently and of superior quality. They carefully cleaned all the mess and disposed of the old water heater and parts. No complaints and just praise from our perspective. Would definitely hire them again and highly recommend their services if anyone is in need of pluming repairs.
