I’m so thankful Luca took over our pool maintenance after our previous pool guy retired. Luca’s knowledge and expertise is obvious and he’s patient with our questions as first time pool owners. We did a backyard remodel which left a lot of debris and sediment in the pool; Luca had it in perfect condition after just a couple visits. In addition to the weekly maintenance, he’s also made repairs to parts of our system when needed. Communication is easy and regular; he’s always available whenever we have questions. Luca has been really great and communicative in managing our pool even though we are living internationally. He has needed to not only communicate with me, but also our tenants and has been great all around.

We wanted an experienced professional to check the ventilation in our ancestral home before planning any upgrades. The contractor carefully inspected the entire duct layout from attic to floor vents, explaining which sections needed sealing and which were fine. The clear guidance and honest recommendations were much appreciated.

Dryer vent services were of the best quality. The vents were installed by the installer appropriately, and the ducts were cleared first, and I was provided with a brief instructions guide to keep them up. I like that the risk of overheating has been minimized.
