Oriental Rug Pros is the best! We recently had a situation with our dog having an accident on a handmade rug. We brought it to the PROS and they returned it to us BETTER than I could've imagined. The rug looked brand new. Quick turnaround, great communication, and very fair pricing. Can't recommend this place enough.

I am SO glad to have discovered Rug Pros! I have a number of tribal carpets that I'd bought in Iran 50 years ago and stored (improperly, I've learned). Micah loved them, cleaned them all (the colors literally pop now!), arranged the repair of some damage, and taught me how to store and care for them. I need a magnifying glass to spot the repairs. Amazing craftsmanship. All at a very reasonable price. Dan even identified the tribal origin of each, and the approximate age: far older than I thought. I'm thrilled to have these treasures brought back to life! Thank you!!

Micah has cleaned a few rugs now for me and restored them back to their brand new appearance and smell. He handled some sheepskin rugs that had pet messes on them, and our main living room area rug that was highly trafficked and dirty.

Micah of Oriental Rug Pro did an excellent job in hand cleaning four of my good wool throw rugs. Even the fringe on my hand-knotted oriental rug was bright white again. His service was fast and his prices very reasonable. I highly recommend this company if you have expensive rugs that need cleaning.

I had a 20-year-old rug that my dog, due to illness, had multiple accidents on over the years. Despite trying to clean it myself with sprays and even carpet cleaners, I was never able to get it truly clean. I finally called ORP, and Micah responded right away and scheduled a pickup at my home. The team kept me informed throughout the process, and I was extremely happy with both the quality of the cleaning and their professionalism. I would highly recommend them!

These people know what they are doing as they have been in the business for three generations. I strongly believe in small family businesses especially for my valuable items since you have chance to have informative chats with the owner besides getting good service. They made me love my rugs more than ever! I found them unfortunately after I let a commercial rug cleaning company ruined the shine of one of my rugs. Don’t make my mistake and talk to these guys first before going anywhere else. You will come back to them eventually.

This local family owned oriental rug cleaning business is the best. I'm very pleased with the cleaning job they did on my Persian Kashan area rug. I've owned it for 30+ years and it now looks like it did when I purchased it. Reasonable pricing, GREAT customer service (can't say that very much these days) and was ready when promised. Worked with Micah...great guy. Professional and knowledgeable about his business. When picking up my rug I left a second rug for them to clean and refresh. Highly recommend these guys.

I had them clean 3 rugs for me and they did a great job at a reasonable price. Micah was immediately able to identify the details of my rug and let me know the best respective cleaning techniques for the different styles and materials for them. Best of all - they got the cat pee smell out of a heirloom rug I brought it!
