I am so happy I chose Local Floor Cleaner to steam clean and disinfect my couch, mattress and all my throw pillows. Even though it rained and was incredibly humid, Alec my technician gave me tons of tips to promote drying everything and within 24 hours everything was dry but more than that, everything smelt and felt so fresh, crisp and clean. I recommend Local Floor Cleaner if you need large items cleaned that are impossible to wash.

Local Floor Cleaner did an AMAZING JOB on my vinyl floor!! I was doubtful that they would get clean due to the debris embedded in the texture. I now have a brand new looking floor!!!

My husband and I have been collecting oriental wool and silk rugs for decades. I'm embarrassed to say we never had them cleaned because we thought the price would be prohibitive. After looking at the reviews of Local Floor Cleaner, we thought we would take a chance.

I was pleasantly surprised to get the estimate. The cost to clean all the rugs was reasonable. While the work was being done, I watched like a hawk to make sure our rugs were taken care of properly. I must say it was done with a great deal of care and effort.

All nine rugs look and smell wonderful and I only wish we had them cleaned earlier! Thank you Local Floor Cleaner and all your employees for the stellar job you did for us. Everyone who came out was courteous, intelligent, responsive, and devoted to their work.

By the way, since the rugs turned out so well, we had our kitchen, bathroom, and hallway tile floors done the next day. Watching how the dirty grout and tiles turned clean was amazing and I am so pleased with the results.

I rarely leave a review, but this company went above and beyond my expectations. Even though it was only one rug, the Customer Service from the beginning has been exceptional! You can tell they really value their customers. They were friendly from the first phone call and on the day of the service they texted me keeping me updated on the technicians arrival time.
Our technician Alec was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and the rug came out beautifully! (An Off-white rug with pet stains that I thought Was probably ruined).
I will highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

They did an excellent job getting out stains on a microsuede sofa. Also highly professional and friendly. I would definitely ask them to come back for future projects.

We had a white sofa & gray upholstered chair cleaned. He arrived on time, was curteous and informative. He did both in about 1.5 hours. I learned that if the upholstery had any fabric protection that the steam cleaning removes that so they recommended adding a liquid fabric protection which we did. Not every spot could come completely out but I don’t think anyone could get it better. The suction is very strong, If your upholstery is very old I’m not sure if it would get “pushed around”, you’d have to ask. Maybe they change the suction depending on the fabric. Our fabrics held up well.

I recently contacted Local Floor Cleaners Inc. to provide a cleaning to my carpets. They were very responsive and professional. The results were terrific. They are a Family owed and operated Business which I appreciate and admire. I highly recommend them and plan on working with them on all my future Flooring and Upholstery cleaning needs. Rick F. Our bedroom carpets looked incredible and nearly brand new after Skylar cleaned them. They are off white so you can only imagine how soiled the traffic patterns were before he started. I highly recommend !!

Their tile cleaning service was excellent. The look of my tile, especially the grout lines was improved. I definitely will use them again . The cost of the service was reasonable for the work being done.

Local floor cleaner came to my Airbnb to deal with a few couch and rug stains on short notice and the areas they cleaned look like new again! Alec was very informative about the process and I did not feel I was being upsold or pressured into things I didn’t need. He gave me a very honest take on what he thought would be best and he was absolutely right. They have definitely earned my business and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Today I got my carpet cleaned including stairs, which was long overdue by Skylar and John. They did an excellent carpet cleaning service. I called one day for a quote and Skylar came by a few hours later to give me a quote for wood floor cleaning. Was scheduled shortly after that. The job was amazing and picked up so much imbedded filth from our white oak floors. I'll definitely be putting this service on my yearly to-do. Skylar and his team were professional, kind, and super efficient.

Overall, the team was very responsive and the service was great. The results were not great. I had a higher expectation of results from a professional service vs. my own steam cleaner. The results are what my own steam cleaner would have accomplished. I discussed on the phone before scheduling the appointment that my steam cleaner was not getting the result I wanted and they shared they have a non-soap based cleaner that cuts through the grime better than at home cleaning. Team was great results were sub-par.

Skylar was great with follow-up after I posted my review and made every effort to make sure the service lived up to my expectations. Thank you!
