Excellent! Seriously the best carpet cleaning I've ever had. They also picked up my vintage rug, hand washed it at their studio and brought it back a week later with colors so vibrant I didn't even know it was supposed to look like that. Worth every penny.

Appalling behavior! I observed one of the Bob's techs in the complex I live in yelling, being rude and following one of my neighbors back to his unit trying to pick a fight simply because my neighbor pointed out that there is vendor parking for his van that was parked in the drive isle in front of their customers unit. This was a young man maybe in his early thirties, at the most while my neighbor is in his early 80's! I could not believe what I was seeing. I witnessed the entire incident and my neighbor did nothing wrong. I would have gotten involved except that I was afraid the Bob's tech might become violent with me. I tell everyone I know not to Bob's. Absolutely unbelievable.

These guys are GREAT! We have rentals in Encinitas and had been using someone from down in Pt Loma, but when we had a vacancy a couple of years ago and needed some quick work done before the new tenant moved in, they could not accommodate our short-notice schedule, so I took a flyer and called Bob's, on a friend's recommendation.

They made an appointment at our convenience and when the guys showed up, I knew they were all business! These guys are fast, conscientious & thorough -and since we don't live there, they did not waste my time, waiting around.

We just had another move-out and there was NO question who to call this time. Same experience, so, I decided to 'rate them', so others know how great they are! There was one room where we thought we would have to replace the carpet, but, when they were done, they had saved us several hundred dollars.

These guys epitomize 'old-fashioned' values . . hard work, personal care and taking care of the customer. HIGHLY recommended!!

After my 15 year old dog had a back end blowout (you know what I'm talking about!) on my powder blue area rug, my first thought was "This is going in the trash" but since it is large and I'm attached to it, because of what I paid for it, I gave it a second thought and called Bob's. I brought it into their rug studio in Leucadia and to say I was a little embarrassed at even bringing in such a disaster is an understatement! But the technician Ryan made no gross face or bad jokes about it and explained that after it was dry I could come get it and take it home, most likely in 3 to 4 days. Fast forward 3 days- my rug was AMAZING!! Bright and clean with no spots whatsoever!! I am more the happy with my rug and since my dog is not getting any younger I know now to give Bob's a chance at cleaning anything before I consider tossing it away! Price was great and I will recommend them to my friends!!

Tired of the REST....now hire the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!! I have come to know without any doubt that Bob's Carpet Care is the BEST...end of story! I have used them several times now and they never disappoint us, but continue to amaze us and transform our 20yr old plus carpets back to fantastic. Do yourself and your carpets a favor and use Bob's Carpet Care, you won't stop talking about them too.... to everyone you know....we do!

I have been using Bob's Carpet for 20 years. They do an unbelievable job on rental and high use carpets. I just used them for my travertine and the house looks like new!! Such a great job. Tom and Easton were great to work with. Tom is a long time employee and knowledgeable. Love them!! Checking the floors off my to do list.

I found Bob's through the Better Business Bureau web site. I had a job I needed done right away so I left a message through their website late in the evening. Bob called me back personally first thing the next morning and there was someone at my house by 1:30 in the afternoon. The tech was was professional and friendly. The equipment used and the job done were excellent. It was done quickly and I have only good things to say about their company from my experience.

I have used Bob's for my parents travertine floors (resurfacing/cleaning/polish) as my parents anniversary present and my mom said it came out better than when they bought it ten years ago. Then used them for my home carpets and again were amazing. I did not know the carpets could look that good! And found out they did our place or worship. And again a complete transformation. I would only ever use or recommend Bob's.

I've been using Bob's Carpet Care regularly for the past several years to clean my area rugs. They are always friendly, on time, and keep me posted on the progress of my job. They do GREAT work - I have a white shag rug that was really messed up and thanks to their great work I've doubled the life of this rug.

I can't say enough good about this company! From the time I called, to the perfect carpet cleaning! Ryan was very professional and gentle with our home. Our carpet looks so nice and clean, but NOT crunchy. I also liked that there were no hidden costs at the end of the cleaning. Customer service is back thanks to Bob and his team. Their thirty years of experience shows! I have used other company's that say $19.99 per room, and when they show up it ends up being $100 per room! We have used this company for years to clean our wool rugs, and they are unfailingly prompt, courteous, and professional. I can always count on a quality job done. I rarely if ever write reviews, but these guys deserve commendation.

Update 10/20/2023: Another great job done by Jared from Bob’s Carpet Care. He went above and beyond to really clean the heck out of our wool area rug and our wall to wall Berber, which had some ugly coffee stains on it. Thanks Jared!!

Bob is by far the best carpet professional I have ever worked with. He is thorough, detailed, and most importantly keeps his word! He's even willing to help when my little princess dog makes a bad decision, lol.
