Scott was efficient and my carpets look brand new. He even cleans next to the baseboards, which is a detail other companies have missed in the past. I would recommend him to anyone in need of carpet or upholstery cleaning.

Amazing work coupled with the best customer service we have experienced in years. Our dog got sick and destroyed two bedrooms of carpet. We were worried the stains and smell ruined the carpet so we call Eco Clean around 9 am. He showed up by 1 pm and completely renewed our carpets in about 2 hours. The carpet looks brand new and no smell at all. He even cleaned our stairs and spot treated other areas on his own. He also left a really nice drying fan to speed up the carpet drying process over night. We will for sure be using him for any future service. Highly recommend - 5 stars.

Scott was awesome to deal with from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Excellent communication and was prompt, on time and did an excellent job cleaning a couch that had been giving me very bad allergy problems. Super cool guy too! Had some good talks while he was here.

We have needed to have our carpets cleaned for a long time. We really wanted to have it done before we got our Christmas tree this year because we like to rearrange our future to accommodate our tree every year. Our carpet in our living room was in bad shape from pets so we really wanted to have it cleaned before the holidays. We called and Scott came out within an hour. He really worked hard and was able to get out even our toughest and worst stains. Really great customer service and the price wasn’t bad either.

I love my carpet.Its clean and fresh and absolutely gorgeous. If you want your home to smell clean and fresh but most of all Eco safe then Scott is the guy.

Had Eco Clean come out to do our carpets had tons of small urine stains from our dog that came out and honestly I was super surprised at how new the carpets looked! The technician (I believe it was Scott) was super friendly and professional. He even found one of my wife's favorite earrings and gave it back to us. Super trust worthy guy. We have hired him twice now and he will be our go to guy from here on out. I think the company slogan says something like...old fashioned customer service with the newest technology.. something like that..anyways lived up to the slogan! Solid customer service.

Scott was fantastic! My couch was literally destroyed from the cats, dogs, neighbor kids, and quite a few late night drink spills 🤭 ! The arm rests were almost black. To the point that we thought it was wear and tear. But Scott was able to get those stains out, and make the couch look brand new! Apart from the actual scratches my kitties have done over the years. I wish I had taken before and after photos to show how great of a job he did. As if that wasn’t worth it enough, he went above and beyond the job I paid for. He cleaned my sofa chair and ottoman as well as my carpet. That was so generous and kind of him. I tried to tip him- and he insisted on not taking it. I am pretty sure he even took off a foot of the pricing. It’s eco friendly, spectacular service, and Scott was professional and great to chat with. I recommend this company to everyone. State of the art equipments, totally impressed by the cleaning. We were using a different carpet cleaners in the past and their cleaning was average and hence we were considering replacing the carpet. Thought will give someone else a try, and boy we were in for a pleasant surprise. The carpet looks and feels like new and soft just like we had bought it. Amazing customer service and attention to details. Scott is honest, hardworking and very pleasant to talk to and deal with. He turned our 23 years old tiles and grout flooring to brand new looking floor. Very accommodating and helpful technical expertise. Can't ask for any better. Bob's Carpet Care did an amazing job on my carpet (after I botched an attempt at "spot" cleaning). Ryan & Zane showed up on time, were quick and professional and left my carpet looking new. I waited a week to post this to make sure the spots were really gone...and they are! Great experience! Great company! Great employees!
