He was on time, professional, pleasant, reviewed each item I had and gave me an estimate I signed off on each individually on his iPad before he did the work with no pressure, and if I had decided not to do the work, it would have cost me nothing. The electrician explained the issue in terms I could understand, and answered all questions, and made me feel comfortable with my decision. When he finished, he cleaned up, made sure everything was working properly and demonstrated to me, and said to let them know if I had any issues in the future. It is hard to find employees as friendly and courteous, as well as skilled and trustworthy. Outstanding.
