I have always been scared of calling electricians and plumbers because of the inflated costs, but when the electrician called me, he was upfront with the call out cost 150 and any associated costs if light fittings needed to be replaced and the costs for the fittings were not inflated, 242 incl. GST all up after the job was done. The job was to provide electrical maintenance on 2 ceiling tube lights and a light switch cover. The electrician was very professional, friendly and a good listener of my family drama LOL. Thanks, keep up the excellent customer service.

The electrician came out the next day to provide a detailed and competitive quote, which I happily accepted. The electrician arrived on time and explained exactly what he would do as it going to take all day.
