Great Experience. These guys are very professional, on time and clean (which is very important). Right away I knew I was going to have a great experience from my conversation with the office. They listened to what I had to say, made me feel comfortable and sure enough, the tech showed up and made me feel at ease. He was able to fix my electrical issue, plumbing issue and even helped me with some creaky cabinets that were driving me crazy. Will be using this company as my go to team.

John was very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. He fixed a rotted out area under our sink caused by a skow leak. He was speedy and thorough with the repair. All interactions with Mr. Handyman were smooth and professional. I had an estimate for the repair within an hour of the estimate and they sent someone to repair the issue in less than a week. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman.

They are helpful, nice, great in communications, and personable. The handyman was fabulous, fixed our issue in minutes! He was clearly an expert, and need to share that he was also early, plus reached out to confirm before the appt and when he arrived. The office/company was also a pleasure to speak with. Will definitely reach out for their services again!

I have 5 wall bike racks mounted on my garage wall. Ryan Pentz did a great job. He is professional and maintained a clean area. Awesome job well done. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Ryan also gave me an estimate to install two bathroom exhaust fans and the price is very reasonable.

Totally pro, from the response via Yelp through the handyman finishing up the work. I used them to install a vanity and replace four hardwired ceiling lamps. Angelo had everything he needed in his truck already; he handled the job efficiently and professionally, cleaned up after himself, and responded to requests immediately.

The service was expensive, twice as much as some other quotes. But you’re paying for licensed, experienced and guaranteed workmanship. Very happy with the results.

Called Mr Handyman for estimates of 2 projects - electronic exterior gate not working and installing camera doorbell.
The person sent out for the estimate is the same person who will work on the job. Augustine was professional. He examined my gate problem and let me know the issue wasn't the battery as I thought it was. Instead it was the circuitry I appreciated him telling me he was unable to fix that problem. He did install my doorbell. Á he was leaving, my friend called him back and asked for an adjustment to the doorbell cameras. Augustine obliged. I appreciated him unpacking his tools to make the adjustment.
Everything turned out fine, but I l deducted 1 Star for being 3 hours late. I don't mind lateness. I did expect the company HQ to call out text me their person was running late.
Overall I would recommend Mr Handyman.

Fantastic company! Excellent customer service, efficient process. I was beyond happy yesterday when my to do list over the last year was taken care of in one day with Mr. Handyman. Caulking in both bathrooms, new pole for drapes, new exhaust fan, toilet fixed. Couldn’t believe one company did it all. So brilliant. My tech Jason was experienced and kind and with my newborn around great with safety protocols during these times!

From the quote for the services to the completion of the work, everything was extremely professional and expedient. Agustin, the person assigned to do the work at my house was always on time, completed the work, and left everything clean and in order. The price was reasonable, and I had the peace of mind that I was dealing with a company that had insurance and protection for the employees and customers. Great service and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of a variety of services.

James was extremely professional and explained all repair options and their associated costs. I went with the least expensive and am very happy with the results. Handyman is an excellent organization for any repairs and upgrades for your house.

I would recommend this service. The handyman that did the jobs was friendly and skilled. He assembled a recliner, mounted a TV and installed a door lock. Efficient!

Jarrid Masse did a fantastic job for us! We gave him a long list of tasks; assemble two different pieces of furniture, hang a metal sculpture on the wall, hang a window shade, hang a shelf, hang a guitar on the wall, and more! He did an extremely professional job. He was thoughtfully attentive to clean up and he wore booties on the new carpet. On top of doing each project with great expertise, he did it all in just a couple of hours! Thank you!

Jason was our technician and he was professional, courteous, extremely helpful in offering solutions, and did all the work, except installing a couple of light fixtures which Jason could have done, but Mr. Handyman sent another technician to help, as we had many small jobs that needed some time to do. A couple of things couldn't be done the first day,, so Jason had to return. I called Mr Handyman to see when Jason could return and I had a couple of small issues with the work he had done on the first visit. Jason returned finished all of the work and fixed the minor things I had concerns about. Everything was done to my satisfaction. We are very pleased with Mr Handyman from the customer service folks on the phone to the service request person Elizabeth. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Outstanding customer service! Our jobs were small in scope and variety, but Jason handled everything from minor wood repair to electrical work. We will definitely use Mr Handyman again and we would highly recommend them for any and all home repairs and maintenance needs.

First time user with Mr. Handyman and happy with the services. The process was explained to me clearly in the first phone call. A timely appointment was made. Brian was outstanding! He arrived on time, is polite and professional, and completed the job exactly as requested. I had a 20-year old wood side gate repaired. Trent is great, BUT..$160.+ the price for 15 mins was way overboard Plugged it in and pushed 5 buttons... Almost the price of the AP.. I explained how minor the task was to Bob , had he indicated a ballpark figure.. Trent being thorough price went from $170 to $160+.. My BAD

Mr. Handyman did repairs in our house three times in last several months and every time they did a great job. They are always professional, respectful and they clean after the job is completed. Thank you, it's a pleasure working with you.

We used Mr. Handyman for several household repair jobs (one of them was an emergency, on Sunday night) and we will definitely hire them again. Great service, fair prices, knowledgeable, professional and helpful.

I hired Mr Handyman to fix a kitchen drawer. Just one. The technician was friendly enough but charged a LUDICROUS amount for the service that was rendered. At the time, it was early and I wasn’t thinking. All he did was attach a thin, no thicker than 2” piece of wood, to the underside of the drawer. Proceeds to charge me $425 for the work!!! Mind you, I checked what time he arrived and what time he left… LESS than 30min!! I also happen to see the itemized receipt and only $30 was for supplies (aka a tiny piece of wood that I KNOW does not cost $30), but how does that validate almost $400 worth of “labor” for less than 30 min worth of work?!?!? That is LITERALLY the cost of hiring an attorney, hell, more in some cases because it was only a half hour of work. These guys are scam artists. DO NOT RECOMMEND .

I just found the invoice for the service Mr. Handyman provided for my 80 year old father in 2015. He wanted a single fixed shelf in the space where his dishwasher was. $550 for labor and $150 for materials — a 24” x 24” piece of wood. Again — 2015 prices. You be the judge. I know what I think.

First time customer, and I had a five star experience. Our handyman Trent, was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

After having a no-show last week, we rescheduled this job for today. The handyman was on-time (even a little early) today and delivered me an estimate that was very high for the job requested.

I could have said no and paid $85 for nothing... but, I decided to bite the bullet (figuring that after paying Mr. Handyman $85 and someone else what the job was actually worth, I was probably in the range of saving < $100).

The job was to lower a TV mount and Soundbar AND hide the wires. Once the TV and Soundbar mounts were lowered, the handyman said "OK... Let's mount the TV". I had to remind him that we still needed to complete the job of hiding the wires... which he did... but, seemed surprised that we needed to. Before hiding the wires, he'd been on the job for about 45 minutes.

I would have never agreed to pay $500 for only moving the TV mount and soundbar...

The gentleman was genuinely a nice person and did a great job after some prompting about what "done" meant for this job.

On his way out (for grins), I asked him how much it would cost to install a new dishwasher... $600 😂

I won't be using them again...
