The company was very professional and provided excellent communication. I knew who was coming and when. Ali was our service provider and he was well equipped and skilled at his job. He placed a grab bar in our shower and drilled into the tile. We are very pleased.

Top quality work. Knowledgable. Explained the nuances of several repair tasks. Kept the surrounding area clean and protected it from damage, just in case. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Mr. Handyman again!

I called Mr. Handyman to install a built-in microwave. Most of the companies I called only provided repair service, not installation. I called on a Friday and was scheduled for Monday. They provided text reminders prior to the appointment. My technician. Jason Rothschild was prompt, and very knowledgeable. I didn't have all of the material needed for the installation, so he told me what to get, and then I rescheduled for the following morning. Again, he was prompt, and finished the job within a half hour. Great experience - Definitely 5 stars!!

Mr. Handyman (Eloy Ramirez this time) came to our house this morning to fix a stuck hot water knob on a sink and a stripped screw that was making our dryer inoperable. He knew exactly what to do, had the perfect tools to do it, and was done in under 15 minutes! Mr. Handyman delivers again! Thank you!

I had a front door latch handle that was coming out due to the wood being worn where the fasteners were. I got a "door specialist" that didn't countersink screws he put into the edge of the door without telling me. These screws now stick out and prevent the door from latching half the time, which causes the door to drift open if someone doesn't double check it. I put in temporary zinc screws with the bronze door hardware before calling to keep it together, expecting a "door specialist" to have matching fasteners available. He ended up just using the same zinc screws.

He also put away his tools after "finishing" the job, only for me to try the door and have the door knob pull straight out when i pulled back. He then put the door knob back in, turned it back and forth for about 20 seconds before telling me it worked. I then pulled the knob right back out. He went and reluctantly got his tools again and secured that. He left, and then the door not closing properly issue came up. I called to have it fixed, he came back, and did not fix the issue. I had to personally file the door latch down and tighten down the ill-advised screws he put in the door edge to get it to be less of an issue. He also charged me a "flat rate" to fix the lock on the door, did not fix the lock, yett still charged me the "flat rate" for services he never performed.

The only reason they're getting a 2/5 is because at least the latch stays attached now.

Ali from Mr. Handyman is literally a genius. He installed shelves in the study room of my house in the way I instructed him. I liked his communication skills as he was very polite and helpful. He understood my points, responded appropriately, and acted upon them by applying his knowledge and skills. A wonderful craftsman to hire!!!

Mr. Handyman of Beverly Hills did a great job for me.
They sent over Tony S. for the initial consultation and estimate which he worked with me on. It's because of Tony's kind demeanor and experience that I hired this company. I had two drywall repairs.
A small one in the laundry room which is so smooth the wall looks immaculate and a very difficult one on the bathroom ceiling where there had been a leak that left the old drywall uneven and its located right next to expensive molding.
Tony worked relentlessly from the minute he arrived to completion. It took eight hours to complete both jobs with the bathroom being very challenging. It's a physical strain to be cutting, mudding, taping and sanding upsidedown for hours on end but he did not stop. The ceiling is 4O years old and has never been level. He also repaired older uneven work. I had food and drinks for him but he declined until his lunch break. Tony is a work horse and a veteran handyman.
The ceiling looks terrific. Both drywall jobs Tony did are excellent. Appreciate it.
Nice guy who is respectful and diligent.
A valuable asset to this company.
Mr. Handyman is lucky to have him.
    Five stars all the way.

Bob who I first spoke regarding the consultation is also very kind and easy going. I liked him immediately. His good energy and follow through on every detail and work confirmation is next level.
You receive an email immediately with a photo of your handyman, licensed, bonded and insured. Bob works hard and goes above and beyond with his communication being highly professional and reliable. Another valuable five star team member.

Jen who also works in the office is a sweetheart. She's super compassionate and caring. She takes great pride in her job and is genuinely pleased when receiving positive feedback on the work being done.
She is very conscientious and is amazing regarding any concerns you may have with products being used in your home and what your handyman may need to purchase.
There's a high level of old school values and customer service which is hard to find.
Thank you Jen for the extra effort you made on my behalf. A valuable five star employee.

Teddy the owner is terrific. I had the pleasure of speaking with him regarding the excellent job that Tony did and he was truly thrilled. You can tell he's a good guy and his employees sincerely speak highly of him which is an honest testament of his business ethics. He really cares about you as his client and appreciates the trust you put into their company. Thanks Teddy!

    I highly recommend Mr. Handyman.
And their work is guaranteed for a year.
    Will hire again. Cheers!
