They literally came and I felt like I had to hold they’re hands while telling them what to do when cleaning not professional at all missed a lot of spots of my apartment when asked repeatedly if they cleaned it, they lied to my face and said they did felt like they were more worried about rushing the service than taking their time wouldn’t Recommend anybody to hire.

We needed a cleaning service to come deep clean our new apartment before we moved in.
Valeriya and her partner were super helpful and accommodating to our apartment having boxes and suitcase in places. They cleaned under what limited stuff we had and spent 3 hours on what I thought was an already pretty good apartment to make it sparkle!

I called to get a quote and the person was very unprofessional. Didn’t answer the phone like it was a business. I was already skeptical bc there are no prices online. I still ignored that potential scam red flag and asked if I can get a quote. She was very unhelpful or inviting. Didn’t even bother asking questions like when, what services, what type of cleaning needed. It was a very shady phone call so I caution others.

Update: nothing about our phone call had an issue w connection. This was a very unprofessional call

I booked them to do a deep clean on my daughters 675sf apt. they were on time. Did an amazing job on the bathroom which I will admit was a disaster and it took cleaner 2 hours to clean. I was ok with that because it looked great. When I booked they said approx 3 hours. I asked what was included and they said windows, oven, fridge etc. They are paid hourly. my bad. They did not clean baseboard, inside fridge or oven, windows, blinds. She was here over 5 HOURS and only did half the job! I advised the company and they said they were sure that everything was done perfectly. I did pay the full amount, but I definitely should not have. It was not worth the money by any means do yourself a favor go to another company or prepare to get raked over the coals! Run from this company! Or prepare to pay more and still finish the cleaning yourself!

Valeriya is responsive, transparent and accommodating. Andrew and Kathy did a great job. They were thorough. They brought the cleaning product and vacuum. Finished at a reasonable time since it's a lot to clean, dust everywhere in the cabinet. They asked me to inspect that I was satisfied before they left.
