To bad service

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had from a service provider. You should avoid using this firm at all costs.

They never answer their phone!!! I got an appointment with them through sears and they never showed up. I called and left multiple messages and they never called me back. Come to fine out they cancelled my appointment because they said I didn't answer when they called. I didn't get a call from them ever! so frustrating!!!

BEWARE, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! After over a month of Tom, their technician, coming to my home trying to repair my refrigerator and charging me $385, he was at a complete loss as to how to fix the problem. Their office is a disgrace, the owner, Anna, never returned my calls, forcing me to deal with their only employee, June, who was inept, incompetent and could care less whether my refrigerator was fixed. I am now going to purchase a new refrigerator. This company deserves 0 stars!

This is the second missed service call. I'm making sure Sears finds a different subcontractor next time. You can't even call them directly since their inbox is always full.

Technician took apart freezer to find out what's wrong and said he needed approval from home warranty to fix. Home warranty hasn't heard from them and tried to contact Euro Appliance with no success. I left messages and still have not heard from them. Please do not use this company!!!!!!!! I wish that I could give them negative stars.

These guys are great they fixed my old matag washer, and it's still running 2 years later. I am glad that I repaired my old washer because most of the new models are junk. Later on my dryer broke like a year later and they fixed that too works better then it did before. I would highly recommend this company. Service and pricing are great, they have earned my trust.

This place is a joke. Sears subcontracted them to fix my dryer. It's been month now.
A call them / leave messages. NO ONE ANSWERS. NO RESPONSE. BEWARE OF THESE COMPANY. You get the run around.

I'd used these people before, once they came on a service call from Sears to repair my washer. The young mand did a great job. He gave me his card, and a couple of years later, I called, and his father-in-law came and repaired my refrigerator and did a great job. I called again, the mailbox was full, so I sent an email, which the phone message suggested, I received no response from the email; I called again, same thing, no response, mail box full, called again and texted, which the message suggested, and no response to the text. I'm bummed. I liked them, so dissapointed that they seem to have let it go with no follow-up. I'd recommend finding someone else and saving your time.

NO STARS _ MOCKERY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE _ They offer no service. Technician comes out looks at fridge after 45 minutes says someone will contact me for install. After 2 days I have to call Sears who states the part was ordered. I then had to call back another 2 days to hear them say technician didn't complete paperwork so nothing is being done. I am then told I have an appt and no show, then I receive a call stated the part was ordered a week after the original tech showed up to look at it. Then I was told it would be 7-10 days before the part arrives and I should be contacted to install.....I have been without a fridge for 3 WEEKS and by the time it is done it will be 4 WEEKS....RIDICULOUS

The geyser's temperature fluctuated and the stove didn't ignite correctly. They made sure everything worked flawlessly by taking care of my stove and geyser repairs quickly. I heartily endorse their service.

O stars actually. Say they have no record after 2 days after service and paid. My phone records have them recorded as the service. They send repair people that can't be found. Wouldn't use them if had the last appliance on earth that could be easily or not easily fixed. They do not have physical locations you can visit. They are good at taking phone calls and money.

The burner on my stove was not igniting, which made cooking very difficult. I called them, and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Now the burner works perfectly. I highly recommend their service!

I had previously mended my air conditioner when it stopped working fully and wouldn't turn on, but it didn't work. I then called them, and they fixed it effectively and flawlessly. They are trustworthy, honest, and very talented. I heartily urge anyone in need of appliance repair to use their services.
