Solar Negotiators have provided wonderful service to my household for several years running. I have been apart of the Solar Maintenance program since my solar panels were installed through them. They are always very courteous, timely, and considerate. The panels always get cleaned perfectly. I appreciate the cleaning report they email when the service is completed. Last month (Feb 2024) they went above and beyond and called me to let me know they were rescheduling my cleaning appointment which was confirmed for a day that turned out to be stormy with heavy rain. They didn't go through with the cleaning that day (thank goodness for a company with common sense!), they didn't require me to call and cancel or reschedule, they just did it for me. It was the most hassle free experience. I know I can trust this company and don't have to worry about a thing with them! Keep up the good work!

Terrible company to have to do business with. They lie to you about costs when they are trying to sell you your solar. So many times when I’ve had a problem they aren’t able to help as promised and yet they want you write a positive review and send them new customers. The sales rep told me my end of year costs would be about 200.00 yet in the first two years they were 1800.00 and 2000.00. One issue after another. The person who came out to clean my panels broke my hose and nozzle and never told anyone. $80 out of my pocket. My system was down for a week and I couldn’t get anyone to come out as promised. Misinformation from day 1. I would NEVER recommend someone to buy solar negotiators. Stay away!

Solar Negotiators is top rated for us. We had no issues starting with the Sales Person, they weren't pushy and was very knowledgeable. Installation was a piece of cake. We have not had any issues with our solar since it's been installed, we were given the right amount of solar panels, we don't have any Electricity costs other than the cost of our solar panels. I would recommend Solar Negotiators for your solar needs.

Solar negotiators has been GREAT to have as my solar provider. My solar equipment has been installed for 2 years now and they have kept their promises and guarantees. They come out and clean my panels without me having to schedule anything and they notified me of my inverter not operating to full capacity, so they scheduled a tech to come out and swap it out for a new one. During the process I told them I want to set it and forget it, I want the provider to be monitoring my unit, and they have! I am extremely satisfied with their service, professionalism, and their word!

Solar Negotiators did a great job. Panels are working great with no problems at all. The installation went well and was done it one day. The man that did the electrical box transfer did a great job and explained how everything worked. I strongly recommend Solar Negotiators asked for Pete he is the man.

Overall great experience with Solar Negotiators. They added extra solar panels for me and that really helped with my power bill. They clean my panels 4 times a year and I love to watch the PGE meter go backwards!

Solar Negotiators solar company installed my solar panels 6 month ago. I am extremely happy to select them as my solar power company as they managed to reduce my electricity bills to almost zero. Their solar applications is very user friendly to track power usage and every six month they clean the solar surface on the roof to maintain efficiency. I would definitely recommend them to anyone as they very competitive and hard to match their performance.

I have had my solar for over 4 years now and Solar Negotiators did an excellent install and their warranty and service work is fast and professional. I had a panel that went bad and they replaced it within 48 hours. And talk about a bonus, they clean your panels as part of their purchase contract. I am so happy I chose Solar Negotiators! I am two years into my solar system and it is working flawlessly. My system produces more than I can use. I keep my air conditioning at 74 degrees night and day and I have 0 true up. Their cleaning service is top notch as well. My panels are always performing at a high level. Thank you!

We have had our Solar System for several years now and Solar Negotiator’s staff have always been pleasant, professional and very accommodating. They are the best! Don’t let other solar companies fool you into having only 1 inverter for your system. You need an inverter on every single panel so that if a panel goes down your whole system doesn’t go down. They know what they are doing. I’ve never had a problem and have referred several friends and neighbors to Solar Negotiators over the years. Having 43 (6’) LG panels and 43 inverters is the difference between having a fine tuned solar system and not having one. I haven’t paid a dime to PG &E and don’t have a True Up bill either. I have a 2300sq ‘ home with 2 AC’s, a 60,000 gal pool and cannot say enough about the quality and efficiency of our system. Just remember to do your laundry and pool maintenance between 8am-2pm and you’ll be just fine.

Solar Negotiators are wonderful people! We had solar installed about a year and a half ago with a back up battery. The folks at solar negotiator have been available to help us with any problems or education we needed regarding our system. They schedule regular service and cleaning appointments with photos of who will be doing the service. The 2 men who recently serviced our system were respectful, friendly and professional.
Given the extreme heat we experienced this summer, we are forever grateful for our cost saving solar system as we generated way more than we used! Its a win!!

We had solar put in one year ago this month by Solar Negotiators and the system has worked perfectly. They have also done a great job cleaning our panels. Last month we purchased an EV and installed an EV charger to take advantage of our surplus energy production. Some of our neighbors and our brother-in-law have used Solar Negotiators and I’ve never heard a complaint from anyone. We’re very happy we chose Solar Negotiators.

We've had our system for several months now and everything is working as it should be. The annual cleaning is great and easy. We got our first cleaning done without even having to think much of it. It was scheduled for us online and the employees communicated very well with us. Again, shout out to Eric for helping us decide on solar.

Solar Negotiators tech let me know when he was on his way. Spoke with me when he arrived, then started our annual spring service. This time he found a problem & thoroughly explained what needed to be done Had him order the parts & two days later he was back to make the repair. Now we are all set for hot weather.

Bought extra panels from them as the home I bought only came with 12 solar panels. Added 12 more panels and now my electric bill is “0”! And a very low tru up also. Thank you solar Negotiators. They also keep my panels clean for me which is important!

We use Solar Negotiators to clean our solar panels 3x a year. They are always professional, courteous, and do a great job at getting our dusty dirty panels back to squeaky clean! We receive a report after each service with before and after photos of our panels, a little synopsis of any issues found while cleaning, along with the name & photo of the service providers (there are always at least 2 that work together) who completed the service at the appointment. They always call ahead of time to let us know they are heading over, which I love! In addition to providing great service, those little touches go a long way! The price is also very reasonable and is comparable to other solar cleaning companies in our area. We have been with them for over 3 years and our price has been locked in all 3 years (another thing I love!). Overall we are very happy and will continue to be customers of Solar Negotiators!

I've had Solar Negotiators for over a year now... Having had a traumatic experience with Sunrun for three years (over $1,000 OWED at my true-up each year), I cannot RAVE enough about this company. Installation was smooth and if an issue was found it was handled right away. Cleanings are regular and I produce more than I use. I recommend Solar Negotiators to anyone interested in owning solar.

Paid for monitoring but Solar Negotiators failed to see a problem in production when there was a problem. I discovered it after realizing my electric bill was higher and speaking with Solar Edge whose equipment is installed.Then it was discovered a new zigbee that Solar Negotiator installed was registered to a site 300 miles away affecting the monitoring being done. Solar Negotiators refused to back up their warranty. Another company installed tesla batteries before I purchased the house but I have lived in the house for three years before an issue with the Solar production started so the issue is not related to the Tesla battery installation. I communicated with another solar company and they said Solar Negotiator should backup their warranty. Solar Negotiator has proven to me they are not to be relied upon to be a competent Solar provider.

The battery installers did not work on the system you installed. They powered it down and connected the output to a new breaker box. Are you saying if an electrician had to install a new breaker box that would void the warranty. Besides again, the batteries were installed at least 3 years before any issues with your system showed up proving the issues did not have anything to do with the battery installation.
