Got a heads up for my cleaning date and time plus a follow up and a phone call the day of. Also got a text when they were 25 to 30 min out. The guys came on time and asked if I had any questions before they got started. They were done quickly and my panels looked great. I received a subsequent email on the service and that they checked the panels and the roof and found no problems. They also included photos in the report and also let me know that I needed to clean out one of my gutters in the front of my house. I am very happy with the service I received.

Proof in the amazing job these people do is not having to pay PG&E !!!! They clean my panels so perfectly that I go 9 months out of the year with no PG&E bills. The other three months the bills are quite low.
They come in and are so efficient. I always get pictures of the before and after cleanings which is amazing. I have shopped around and they are truly the lowest priced company that I trust ontop of my roof and in my yard. The crew is respectful and business like while also being kind and friendly. Solar Negotiators is the best investment we ever made. The installation went perfect and they kept us updated during the whole process. Soon after we got a call that there was an issue with production in our system. They monitored it for a few days and then figured out the problem. Then sent out a technician to replace the part on the panel that was not working. Problem solved. Now the only time we see them is every six months they come for free and wash our panels and check them out. And then send us a report with pictures. Love this company. I would recommend them to everybody.

We have had our solar for 2 yrs and we love our low electricity bill! We had one issue with our inverter and solar negotiators replaced it for free which is definitely part of our contract! We just got our backup battery installed and are having great success with the battery too! If we have any questions or problems they are always resolved!

Solar Negotiators took on a complicated job that involved not only 50 solar panels and a high, steep roof of a historic home, but working with subcontractors to remove three layers of old roof including asbestos tiles, rebuilding our patio structure, and better venting our kitchen stove.

Cory Torgesen was great to work with; clear explanations of the benefits of installing a solar system, the process, and the results we could expect. Nice guy. Open, up front, and honest. Our system was installed in October. Now performing as promised, NO cash out of pocket, new roof, new solar system, and a very low fixed interest rate, fully amortized with no prepay penalty. Our payment will stay the same while SDG&E monthly costs will only continue to go up and up each year. Looking forward to our tax credit this spring, which we’ll use to visit my 93 year old Aunt in the Midwest. Win, win, win!

This was the third house i have put solar on so i have a bit of experience. I originally got a quote from Semper Solaris who did my second house. The quote shocked me and the interest rates they had were insane. I was given Brandon’s information and i am so glad i gave him a call. Sunvantage’s prices were Al ost half that i received from the other company for the exact same hardware. The installation was quick, went smoothly, and our array has been working well for eight months now. I can’t recommend Sunvantage enough. Just outstanding.

I love my new solar panels! I reached out to several places and this was the most reasonable quote, plus there were no high pressure sales. Once I decided to move forward I had permits and an install date within days. Install was fast and efficient and all financing and detail were taken care of for me. Everyone showed up when they said they would and the job was completed and inspections done within 2 weeks! I thought I would have to wait months, was very happy to have my panels in time for summer and now I can run my ac! My only regret is not doing it sooner, my payment to eventually own the panels is the same price I was paying for electricity.
