Highly recommend this company! If I could give 10 stars I would. John went above and beyond for my moms mobile home that flooded. They were friendly, punctual and fast. They not only did the work they were contracted to do, they did little things that meant the world to my disabled mom. Thank you soooooo much!

I would highly recommend mastercare! I had some work that I needed to get started and finished ASAP. John met with me and we were able to get things started right away. Very trustworthy, honest and extremely helpful! John came personally to the job everyday to make sure everything was in order. Thank you mastercare for the beautiful work and job you guys did!!

John, the owner, was very prompt and friendly! He took care of my grandmas mobile home.... from dirty carpets (due to a pipe burst and flood) to almost new looking carpets!!! Amazing :) I’d definitely recommend him!!!

Called and spoke to someone and scheduled an appointment for a week later. I was quoted a price of $88.00 - $176.00 for a 8×11 wool area rug. The day of the appointment the employee calls before arrival and tells me it will be a minimum of $200.00 for the cleaning. I told him not to come. This was a waste of time. I'm very unhappy with this company and will not recommend them.

First quote over the phone...49.65 , 2 rooms, truck mounted steam cleaner. Made appt, states a two hour window of arrival. Carpet employee arrives, fills out a work order, looks at my carpet, stomps around, says i need deep cleaning and sanitizer. Adds another 160.00 to quote. What?????. I insist on basic shampoo steam clean. He makes me sign a " not responsible for stains and spots" waiver, or he cannot do job. Isn't that why i called for the cleaning?. The cleaner hooks up his machine and performs "the basic cleaning". Whole machine operation/ steaming took 9 minutes.
He asks for payment and leaves. Doesnt check work or say thank you. Wow! Lesson: perform own steam clean , save time , money and frustration.

I cant recommend this company because they tried to pull a bait and switch. I called them because of a smell that I thought was carpet mildew from a small leak we had. John quoted me $300-$400 and replaced a piece of pad that was about 1.5 yards. Then I discovered the smell was from a dead mouse under my furnace unit. He left the carpet detached and didn't do any cleaning, but wrote me an invoice for $750 which included all kinds of elaborate carpet drying for something that wasn't even wet anymore. He tried to take advantage of me and then make me feel guilty for questioning his prices, including $50 disinfectant even though I used most of my own chemicals that I already had. I don't need this kind of drama and you don't either.

Called these guys trying to support local/small businesses. When they first arrived it was a gentleman and his son. He yelled at the son a couple of times for not getting things done. Then he hooked all of his equipment up...and blew a fuse in my condo! Get that squared away and at this point I just want them to hurry up and leave. Took my plant down from a shelf, guess it was in his way, and sat it on the floor; left it there after they were done! Put a chair, that belonged to my grandmother, upside down on my love seat. Left it there after they were done. Poured the dirty water from their machine right across from my front door! This service was performed a while back. Was just looking to get my carpet cleaned and noticed they were still in business. Yes I still had the pictures and their ad. #buyerbeware
