One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, if I could give a no star review I would. I scheduled a time, they called and rescheduled, didn’t show up the date and time they chose, I called 3 times, put on hold, told they could not get ahold I the technician 3 times and that I’ll get a call back and I had to be the one to call. 28 minutes after the scheduled time (8am- 10 am) I received a call from the technician to say he was 45 minutes away.

Then the company finally called me back at 10:48 to tell me they are on the way.
