Unprofessional & unreliable. No showed the first appointment but did call and text and say they were running behind and would need to reschedule. Rescheduled for the next day and no-show and no call that appointment. With any kind of notice we could’ve hired another company or had this taken care of before we had our company arriving the next day. Unprofessional and unreliable.

Showed up early, a good trait. They got right to work. When I went out to inspect, about 4-5 windows (out of 24), needed to be redone.
3 screens were bent, I had to go back and ask them to replace 3-4 screens that they had not replaced.
When it came time to pay them, he asked for $50 more than the original quote.
Later, I discovered a dirty fry pan and dishes in the sink. Come to find out, they cooked lunch in the kitchen without ever asking or cleaning up after themselves!

Cain and John were early (!), professional yet very friendly. No complaints at all! In fact a screen had broken and Cain said that he would come back and install it once we had a new one built. 3500 sq ft house , in and out in about 2 hours . It was our first time using them but it will not be the last !

I had Dream Windows come out for a quote, the price was fair so I hired them to do the service. I was appreciative that they came a little early before my class so I could point out some particular areas that needed more attention. They were respectful not to make too much noise as I was teaching online and they were done in a reasonable amount of time. I will hire Dream Windows again.

Excellent work on his first time by Cain. He was so good, my neighbor hired him right away to do her windows, and so did a friend, whom I told how good his work was! I highly recommend DreamCleanWindows. I have engaged them monthly now.
