i found out the hard way that a new couch and an old dog can be a tricky combo. one morning, i woke up to a big mess—my large chaise cushion was soaked and smelled bad. no local cleaner could handle such a big cushion, but then i called a carpet cleaning service and they really helped me out. landon came by to pick up the cushion right from my house, took it back to their facility, cleaned it thoroughly, and brought it back to me all in the same day. the stain and odor were completely gone, and my couch looked and smelled fresh again. i’m so glad i reached out to them when i did! their quick service and attention made a stressful situation so much better.

Nearm's Carpet's And Cleaning cleaned all our carpets—almost 4,000 square feet. Avery and Landon worked together really well. They showed up on time, acted very professional and polite, and paid close attention to detail. Our carpets look freshly installed. This was our second time using the service. I have now used Nearm's Carpet's And Cleaning twice for carpet cleaning and have been extremely happy both times. The service is very professional and friendly, and the results are always great. Harrison was our technician both times and did an excellent job—always on time, polite, and made sure the carpets looked their best. He treated our home with care as if it were his own. The price is a little higher than some other carpet cleaners, but the quality makes it worth it. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services to others.

i used a 'groupon' and called to see if i could get a carpet cleaning appointment soon. the friendly person who answered set me up for a same-day appointment! i have pets, so my carpet in escondido was looking pretty rough with lots of stains and smells. john showed up right on time and did an amazing job. he worked quickly and was very thorough, and even though i knew some old stains might not come out, the results were way better than i expected. my carpet looks and smells so much fresher now. overall, this was the best experience i’ve had with carpet cleaning—much better than my last company. i’ll definitely be using them again!
