Zach came to our house on 2 occasions. He was very meticulous and did a great, thorough job. He came twice because we expanded the scope of work. He works with a chemist to make sure he has the right cleaning solution for each fabric type. He was able to get some stains out that our previous upholstery cleaners could not fully remove. He also applied a protector for most of the pieces. I definitely recommend him.

A top notch carpet cleaning service! Zach did a great job on our carpet. It's looking like a new carpet! Now we are thinking whether to go for flooring replacement we were thinking about.

Zach was super professional, was able to come clean my carpets within 24 hours of me calling (I was in a time crunch so this was a total relief!), and the cleaning barely took an hour-super efficient. He also was able to get out two large stains from pets and coffee that I thought would be a big issue. Will totally use Showcase Carpet Cleaning again.

Zach was very straight forward, no hidden charges, no up fees for anything. He cleaed 4 big rooms.
He was a great communicator for the whole process from scheduling, confirming and leaving. He's doing a second property tomorrow because we were very happy with his work. We highly recommend him.

Zach is a very nice guy and not only owns the business but works it as well. He was the first carpet cleaner in 11 years of using many companies that took the time with a black light to find all the dog urine stains and spray each one. The carpets look beautiful and smells great. 5 stars!!!!

I came across showcase carpet cleaning in a hurry. I had booked with another company and they were not able to reach my apartment from the parking lot and didn’t have portables on hand. I really wanted someone to hand steam/clean and pay attention to detail. Zach was SUPER helpful with even seeing if they could reach my apartment before hand and then they came out next day. The results were great and I am super happy with how my carpets turned out. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! Showcase had best value to do work on the weekend and at an extremely reasonable price for the 2 rooms that we needed carpet cleaning. There were no hidden costs and Zach is building up a family business -support local small business! He arrived right on time and as promised. Jaime is a scam artist. Ripped me off for thousands and never came to finish the work. He has a criminal record that can be found on his yelp listing where he ripped off other people too. The guy does not have a contractors license as he claims. He is fraud. Beware.
