Wow, I’m blown away by the level of detail this cleaning service put into my little apartment. I was a little skeptical at first of how new the reviews were but I found out Claudia has been doing this for years and they’re just new to Google. I didn’t need anything special , just a basic cleaning . I showed the cleaner what I wanted done and they made my apartment look like we just moved into it. Highly recommend. Great price too, very affordable compared to higher end companies

Me daughter just booked this cleanign for me. We have cleaners where we are from Nigeria and they do a much better job. They showed up late and used dirty rags. The cleaner then also asked me for work on the side and cut out the main company. Not trustworthy at all. Terrible

We lost every bit of our security deposit because these guys did not clean anything. They advertise a professional property management level cleaning and it almost looks untouched. We feel like we paid for nothing and our property manager had to go get another company to get it done.

Dori was excellent! She arrived on time, came prepared (despite the heavy rain!) and started working on our apartment immediately. We received a courtesy text and phone call when the work was complete. I would highly recommend this cleaning service and company. The booking process was seamless as it was all done online and they are very responsive.

I was so impressed by the quality in detail of this cleaning. I used to have a service with another company that would come once a month, but my house was never as clean as shiny mint cleaning did. they did not miss a single thing, every corner every surface was spotless. They got stains out of things that we could not get out for years no matter the product we tried. Cannot say enough good things about this company. I will definitely be hiring them again. Also, the standard cleaning covers items that would be an and charge elsewhere.

Shiny Mint really came through for me! This was a very last minute booking, they were able to accommodate a same day request and really went above and beyond with their cleaning.

Walking in to a very clean office space thanks to Claudia and her team gives me such a great feeling of peace and takes away so much stress! They really go above and beyond making all of our space clean, tidy and looking fresh and new.

We booked Shiny Mint Cleaning for a move-in cleaning with carpet cleaning included, and they did fantastic. The house had been empty for a while and needed a good deep clean, but they made everything look and smell great. The carpets looked almost new. The whole process was easy, and the crew was polite and professional. Starting fresh in a clean home made moving so much less stressful. Highly recommend!

This company and crew did such a wonderful job cleaning up a huge disaster at our house! The first two photos obviously are before and the following photos were after.We had part of our ceiling collapse in the living room and there was insulation and dirt everywhere. They spent so much time cleaning our house from floor to ceiling. They were very thorough. Not to mention a really nice crew. Claudia was able to get the crew to come to our house in less than 24 hours! Extremely satisfied and we will definitely use them again!

I needed a same day move out cleaning appointment and they were able to make that happen, and do a phenomenal job. Claudia was amazing, responsive, and sent me pictures of the process because I was working and couldn't be present. Dori did such a great job getting the house spotless for the next renters. 10/10 would recommend and use their service again !!!

My husband & i have contracted Tom & and his crew for 3 seperate projects over the last six years. First project was fairly straight forward but turned out beautifully! They removed our old cracked concrete driveway and replaced with Belgard pavers, wow what an improvement to our front entry way! Second project was a re-do of our back yard which was predominantly weeds "lawn". We replaced it with a large flag stone patio and patio cover. What a difference now we have shade over our patio and a much lower water bill. The most recent project in July of this year, was an IPE wood deck off the side of our house which allows us a partial view of the ocean. This is my favorite place to relax. They installed a spa into the deck & LED lighting around the edge of the deck which looks amazing at night and great for entertaining! 3 of my neighbors have used Dandy landscape on my recommendation & loved their work! Thumbs up 👍

We contracted Dandy Landscape construction this past October. To install a paver pool deck and patio cover. Project lasted about 1 month and was completed as promised. We were completely satisfied with the final finish. The kids love it! Will be contracting Dandy Landscape for another project early next year for our front yard. 100% Recommended!

Impressive quality, price and selection of plants. Beautiful grounds in Escondido. They have a small pond care section with mist jets outside. Lovely place to visit!
