Beautiful nursery with quite a lot in stock. I was looking for a specific plant while on vacation here and Lloyd had it ready at the register before I ever responded via email after my initial one asking about it. Great customer service and everyone was very friendly!

The staff here have saved me from my own ignorance twice now.

First time, they stopped me from loading my trees incorrectly.

Second time, they ensured I wasn't buying fruit trees to "get" the fruit on the tree currently.

I have cleared them out of engleman oaks, but I'll be back next spring for more.

A lovely nursery that's new to us. Has beautiful plants of all kinds including fruit and shade trees. Tropical plants. Small plants and ground cover and perennials. Also pots of all kinds and planting mix and fertilizer of all kinds. Lovely place and wonderful staff!

Lloyd at El Plantio Nursery provided the best nursery experience I could have hoped for. Far above and beyond the many places I checked before finding El Plantio.

Lloyd was incredibly patient and helpful with my many questions. He helped me select the ideal Crape Myrtle trees to match my garden and preferences. He covered everything including placement, the best time to plant, pre-planting prep, irrigation, and a fertilizer plan. His installation team, and the supplies they used were top quality, and we are thrilled with the results.

We never made it to the nursery. Working with Lloyd over the phone and with email and pictures, we were confident we had the right nursery provider. And, our confidence was rewarded.

Beautiful nursery. Great plant & tree selection. Excellent customer service - when you ask for help. Prices are roughly the same as Home Depot, but quality and selection far surpass what they have there.

Terrific knowledge and customer service. They ordered 2 different kinds of shrubs for me that they did not have in stock. Called me when they arrived. So many beautiful plants there that of course I had to purchase additional shrubs while picking up my order. Love this place.

A very chill vibe, excellent selection of plants, trees and fruit trees. Nice variety, many bearing fruit right there in the nursery. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Great selection, Helpful and kind staff Management who actually listens and does their best to get requested plants. If you haven't been there you are missing out. Bought beautiful healthy thriving Berry brambles and specialty hot peppers. Will be going back with my truck for some trees and bushes. Special shout out to Walker, he did his best to answer my questions even remembered speaking with me and my friend on the phone and gave timelines on availability for products requested Grade A Employee!

Their plants look super healthy, the staff was very helpful and I thought the prices were very reasonable! We left with some very cool looking plants you can't find at the big box stores.

Such a great nursery. The staff is always kind and helpful. They carry Botanical Interest seeds which are my favorite. Great place to get California native plants.

Great Nursery to buy all types of plants. Very knowledgeable Staff! I had questions that I thought Nobody could answer, but I was wrong. I found an extremely knowledgeable Gal who had an answer for ALL My questions!
I'm so happy with the plants I bought and the Nursery is very nice just to walk around. I spent 4 hrs here with My friend. She was so pleased too! Great place to go for all your gardening needs!

Pros: Nice staff. Okay selection of roses.
Cons: They charge $50 for roses which is far more expensive than other nurseries around. What’s more disappointing is that they charge $45 for some rose fertilizer that costs $18 on Amazon.

I would recommend driving farther to go to a better nursery when possible.

Great nursery for picking up some fruit trees. They also have a nice selection of quality indoor outdoor plants.

Very nice and helpful staff. Small but different varieties of plants, shrubs and trees. I saw this very giant Monstera Deliciosa (swiss cheese), under the tree, so beautiful.

Great selection of garden plants and supplies. Everyone was very helpful. Will be back. Products much better than the local hardware stores and prices the same.

Fantastic selection of native plants.
It's a bigger location than it looks from the outside. Serenely organized into little sections, many with lovely water features.
Staff were kind and helpful. They let me try one of the red figs on their massive tree out front of the building. I'd never seen figs that grew on the trunk before.

This place is awesome. They have a large selection of plants and other garden accessories.
The employees are friendly and the service is great.
I've been going there for years and will keep going.

I ordered an orange tree on Wednesday and they said it would be held for me in Will Call. They called on Thursday to say it was ready for pick up. I came to get it on Friday and they'd sold it. Staff was apologetic.
