Atticguard was incredible. The owner came out and did a complimentary inspection. He walked the outside perimeter of the property and showed us with a mirror where there were holes for rodent entry. He took photos showing the damage in the air ducts and used a drone to examine the roof. He was courteous, professional and explained the needed repair process thoroughly. His estimate was itemized and very clear. I hired him to do the job. They showed up on time, his crew was polite and respectable of my property. I felt very comfortable leaving the repair in their hands. Matan, the owner, kept in communication throughout the repair process. He was hands on throughout. I was impressed at how efficient they were and how quickly they completed my job and got me back in to my home. I would highly recommend Atticguard. Of all the repairs and companies I have dealt with, Matan/Atticguard was by far the best experience.

Attic Guard delivered even beyond expectation with the two-person crew and owner, Matan. They covered all of the house outer baseboards, hose & electrical insets that lead into the house/attic, and inside/outside openings of the attic.

Very pleased. Staff looks and acts professional. Great price. What set them apart was the attention to detail - they applied foam sealant throughout the attic to maximize energy efficiency, the installed an attic fan, added rodent proofing, and sanitized the attic. I was going to get 3 bids and decide, but after two I was sold on the thoroughness of Attic Guard. The estimator/owner was also very attentive on a customer service level. Great job!
