We had Wyatt come out again this year for our usual spring lawn aeration. He was courteous, friendly, efficient and fast. Wyatt does a great job every time.

i contacted the company because I wanted someone who could make sure my irrigation was running properly. I had a previous leak and a couple other things and I just wanted to know I wasn’t going to be dealing with any other issues.
The company came out found an issue fixed it and I guess just made sure the rest of system wasn’t leaking and would basically come on and off. So I had some peace of mind until I went to turn the sprinklers on and the technician forgot to turn the main water line on . I had to wait 3 more days for him to come back and turn it on.

Then about 3 weeks later I had sprinklers that wouldn’t shut off come to find out parts from a different valve we worn (I had expressed concern overthrew valve but I guess when the guy was here he didn’t check it). It ended up leaking and and the ring on the inside was so old that I had to shut the water off and have them come out again. This sounds simple however I was originally told it was going to be a month until they could come out. After being talked down to by the owner and basically telling me I didn’t request a full inspection and they were trying to save me money that the guy only fixed the main problem. However the only reason I called was because I wanted someone to go through the entire system and check it all out. I was also told that they could come one day and something major could happen the next and just trying to get them to come out I was on the phone for almost 2 hours then he walked me through and there was nothing he could tell me to do that was working so I shut it off and then he came out and fixed it.

For something that was already diagnosed and on the phone I was told I would be responsible for the parts now the owner is trying to put a lien and listed more parts on the lien than the actual bill along with labor.

If I knew this was what I was going to deal with I would have never agreed to have him fix it I would have paid my Gardner to swap out the part.

Greenway Lawn Aeration is excellent at all things lawn! I have used them for lawn aeration and the results were excellent at a very low price. The owner, Scott, also offers consulting services to help with lawn and landscape issues. I've known Scott for over 10 years and I also know a lot of people that have used Greenway for landscape and irrigation work. He has the highest integrity and will give you the best advice. I will continue to use Greenway and recommend them to all my friends.

Alex and his team have gone out of their way to help fix my yard. They show up when they say they will and do the job right. They have fix some major wiring issues I had from animal damage and found two leaks that I couldn't find. They fixed those as well.
I have entrusted them to do all the maitenence work as needed.

Having been in the high end customer service line of work in the past (on Rodeo Drive) I look for and only work with companies that can give me the customer service at the level I except. I recommend Greenway and I'm not sure why there are negative reviews. Maybe they are competitors who are threatened by Greenways quality work.

We used Scott Lawn, Greenway Lawn Aeration, to replace our landscaping and convert to a drip system. Jesse, Alex and the rest of the crew impressed us with an attention to detail that borders on perfectionism. Every single member of the crew was courteous, friendly and professional. We were amazed to learn the broad scope of work that Greenway Lawn Aeration does--even for people without a lawn, like us! Their expertise in diagnosing why a plant isn't thriving is priceless. We're going to have them evaluate everything 2-3 times a year to be sure we are doing all the right things for our plants to flourish. We highly recommend them.

Greenway recently installed artificial turf in my front yard. The work was excellent and completed in a timely manner. I've never had such great service in every way from a contractor, I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience today with Greenway. I have used them in the past and blamed them for some issues that happened after their service ... it was not them but another issue with grubs that I found out later. Today I had a great young man come out named Angel and he did the job quickly and correct. He did a great job of asking questions and making sure that there would be no issues with the sprinkler system. Aside from a mistake in the quote, which was not the technicians issue, I would highly recommend this company and I will continue to use them a couple times a year.

Greenway has done multiple projects for me and I would highly recommend them for your landscaping needs. They are extremely professional, punctual, and pay close attention to what the customer wants. Scott and his crew are great.

Greenway has put together an amazing team of employees who do everything you may want to take care of your landscaping needs. This includes irrigation, paver design and installation, planting the right plants in the right spots, and lighting. I have enjoyed working with them on several projects now.

I don’t usually give bad reviews but greenway was very poor with their service and was way overpriced. I hired Greenway for a side yard work. The job was to install two sets of steps with stones and install ground covers and optimize the existing irrigation at my home. There were two medium sized pine trees which I wanted removed. The quote they gave had over $2500 just to cut the two trees leaving the stumps behind. I requested them to take that item off the request. I could have this done for less than $400 with another company. In hindsight I should have backed off and not allowed them to work on my yard at all. That was a clue to how overpriced they were. However, we decided to give them a chance. They finished the work fast, but had to redo the steps with stone because the steps started coming off within 2 days! Initially they had this done by a subcontractor. Greenway redid it because it was that bad and unsafe to walk on. The rest of the work was mediocre at best, and way overpriced for what they did. I just want to share my experience so that others do not fall for the 30years of experience that this company boasts. I have to say that the owners and the workers were very professional and friendly throughout the project which earns them 3 stars.

Greenway Landscape is the way to go. Alex came out in a timely manner to give a quote to lay artificial turf in our backyard- he was extremely professional and knowledgeable, giving us great ideas on how to utilize our space. The installation process was great and the quality of work was everything we could have ever wanted. I highly recommend using greenway for any landscaping needs.

Greenway did a great job on our turf, even managed to get our job moved earlier than expected. They were quick and efficient on site. Despite not leaving us an extra piece of turf on completion of the job, Lizette hunted a piece in the same dye lot down for us! We really appreciated this!

I get so many compliments and everything is saying in place with all the rain this year. My neighbors are telling me they are going t improve their yards after look at mine. Steve was fabulous and very fun to work with. he was always very quick to return calls and fix anything that needed a little more adjustments. He was very patience with me. haha. I was very happy with the whole experience and have already recommended Greenway to three individuals.

Remodeled our frontyard from (dead) grass and a tile walkway to drought-resistant landscaping (gravel + wood chips) and pavers.

Communication: Greenway was very responsive to texts (primary), phone calls, and email. While on-site, they listened and answered all my questions, were very patient while mapping out my designs (I even flip-flopped a few times), and provided regular status updates as the project progressed.

Schedule: Contracted Greenway between Jan-Feb and was lucky they were in a bit of a lull period and were able to start within a couple weeks. The entire project took a week (~7 days).

Pricing: I contacted 3 different contractors to get an estimate of the project. Greenway was the most expensive by a fair bit.

Quality: Overall very satisfied with the work and worth the price. Greenway subcontracted the paver work but had a supervisor on-site to oversee the process, they did the front yard themselves. When I asked about alternative/substitute materials, they provided estimates and patiently explained the pros/cons of the different types of materials.

Other: Some things I appreciated and which demonstrated their professionalism: They carefully moved and potted the plants growing in the frontyard to the backyard, the old walkway had tiles attached to the base of the wall / slab and Greenway stucco'ed the wall after removing the tiles, about a day after laying the gopher mesh and weed barrier, a gopher mound appeared near the edge of the barrier and so they patched that area with extra mesh and added extra staples all around the edges to hopefully prevent future circumventions, they offered to bring sample pavers to see how it would look on-site (the pavers I wanted required me to visit the building supply store, which was nearby).

Overall: Definitely worth the price, will likely hire them again when I'm ready to remodel our backyard.

After last winter's rains, we experienced some erosion under a spot in our turf. Greenway responded quickly, offering what we considered an excellent solution to repair the issue. The work was don superbly. You cannot even tell where the erosion issue was. After the repair, they power brushed the entire turf area leaving it looking like new.Great company, outstanding employees, great product and service!

We contracted with Greenway Landscape Design & Build on two large turf projects and were very pleased with both outcomes. Eric Lyon, the foreman, was consistently professional and kept the project on schedule and budget. The quality of their workmanship and product exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Greenway and look forward to working with them again on future projects.
