We appreciate the expert service that Five Star provides. I have to be honest though and knock off one star because the price of the trim has risen pretty high over the past few years. It was Carson plus 4 workers. They were done in 35 minutes and the cost was $500 and we always tip. I have no idea what the labor, material, transportation etc. costs are but the end price just seems a bit high for one smallish pear tree. I apologize for the slightly negative review but you asked me for it and I’m just being honest. We are aware that Five Star is the gold standard for quality tree work.

I had seen Five Star Tree Care Inc.in my neighborhood doing some palm tree trimming and was impressed with the entire process, trimming, clean up, being careful of surrounding planter beds, etc. My friend recently bought his dream home which also included many over grown palms in need of trimming including 2 huge palms located to close to the house in need of removal to stop potential damage stucco walls, concrete hardscape etc. My friend ask me for advice for his tree service needs so I recommended Five Star Tree Care Inc. The entire team did not disappoint. The price was inline, the trimming looks amazing, and the removal of 2 large palms went off without a hitch, Great Job Guys !!!!

We have used 5 Star for several years and each time they have been great. They bring a good size crew and are in and out in a short time. Their work is good and pricing is very reasonable. They verify with me that I’m satisfied. Clean up is always good. I even have both my neighbors using them.

I've used 5 Star Tree Care five times to trim my palm trees. They do superb work at reasonable prices, are very reliable, and generally arrive early for an appointment. I always recommend 5 Star Tree Care service to all of my neighbors and friends, because there is no better tree company in our area. Their attention to detail is exemplary, and they do a great job of not damaging your existing landscape while performing their services. As a huge bonus, they leave your yard cleaner than the way they found it. I look forward to doing business with them again, same time, next year. They just performed another fantastic job with the Queen Palms on my property. My once overgrown trees are now beautiful. Outstanding job!

They made quick work of my overgrown pepper tree, as well as trimming two tall palms and one overgrown bush. I figured it would take all day, but six guys showed up in two trucks, and everybody went to work immediately. They were done in about 2 hours, raked the ground absolutely clean, and let the place better than it looked before they arrived. Their cost was competitive, but their workmanship second to none. Highly recommend!

I had three pine trees removed on a hill. The work done by Five Star was amazing!! They were fast, everyone knew their job and did it! I was very impressed and do not hesitate to highly recommend this company. Clean was amazing too!!

Five Star Tree Care did a great job with our trees! We have a big backyard with lots of different trees, including fruit trees, and we hadn’t had them trimmed in quite a while. Carson was able to come out quickly to give us a quote and talk to us about we needed to do. Their quote was competitive, and we had heard great things about them from neighbors so we hired them. The day of service they brought lots of workers so they were done quickly. Carson stayed on site the whole time to help with & monitor the trimming. Our yard & trees look great! They were even able to trim back a big hedge in our front yard that had gotten out of control. And everything went into their wood chipper & was hauled away. Thanks Five Star! We will definitely use you again!!

Five Star lives up to it's name and I highly recommend them! I call them very other year to trim my 3 trees and have been extremely pleased with the results. The team works well together, follows safety protocols, hauls the debris to the wood chipper on the street, and are very efficient.

These guys were fantastic! It was a major tree removal project...10 pine trees, 50 feet tall on a steep, slippery hill. Fair price and they worked hard, fast and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. They broke a sprinkler head, but fixed it on the spot. I wish every service was this good! On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them an 11!

They showed up on time. Did the job as described in bid. Cleaned up well,
Job was a hard one with very large pine trees (40+feet) that was less than 6 feet from my home. Cut firewood and mulched everything.
6 person crew. Took 6 hours remove 3 trees. Stump was 34 inches across.

This is the second time I've called Carson and Mike Kane. The first time was 2 years ago to trim and deadwood three 50-60 foot lemon gum eucalyptus trees in my back yard. This time, today, it was a carrotwood tree in my backyard that grew to 20+ feet when I wasn't looking. Both times were hassle-free(on time, fast, good clean up, insured, licensed) for me. I think they've had a lot of experience doing this, seem to like their work and run their buniness effiiciently. Highly recommended.

Update 3/20/2024: Mike and Carson came out this morning for the third time and trimmed my three lemon-scented gums(about 60 feet tall) as well as my carrotwood tree. Nothing has changed since last time: Still experienced, on time and efficient. Their crew works together as a team. The guy who goes way up in the trees is nothing short of impressive.

Five star tree service was very professional and courteous and as they trimmed our palm trees they set up barriers to protect our plants and bushes and RV from fallen debris with safety in mind
I would highly recommend this company as we have used only them for years
