Awesome experience with 5 Star Tree Care. Showed up on time and ready to work. Had them in for Palm cleaning, tree trimming and tree lacing. The team were extremely professional and they left the place spotless afterwards. Thank you to Carson and Mike for a job well done. I would highly recommend them!

This company lives up to their name as they NEVER disappoint. Professional, punctual, and well-priced, they deliver the service promised. Their crew is respectful and does an outstanding trimming job as well as a very thorough clean up. They do NOT turn trees into "coat racks" like so many untrained tree trimming services do, ruining the trees. Carson is the best! Thank you again for your EXCELLENT service. Excellent job! 5 Star Tree Care is absolutely the best. They took care of some very large trees around our horse arena. Super professional and polite. The crew was excellent around our horses which adds another level of confidence I have in them. We were looking to get rid of a Pear tree that was very close to our barbecue patio area. Mike was very quick with responding and answered all my questions. I provided pictures and he was able to provide us a very reasonable estimate. He came with a team and all the equipment needed to get the job done professionally and efficiently. They did an excellent job in removing and cleaning up the area that they worked on. He also confirmed with our neighbor to make sure everything looked good with his side of the property. We are very happy with the results. We would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them for your tree trimming or removal needs!

Another excellent job done by Five Star Tree Care!! We used them the year before and it was time for our olive tree and silver sheen to get a good trimming. Their workers are fabulous and they work very hard to ensure the job is done well. We were absolutely amazed at how strong their guys are and just how much they can carry away! Carson and Mike Kane are present while the work is being done and making sure the customer is happy! I am extremely critical when it comes to the trimming of our olive tree and all I can say is they know exactly how to do it right! So extremely pleased with their work! Just like their name suggests. Five Star customer service and the work that was done. I was up against an insurance deadline. They answered my call on a Sunday and they came out Wednesday to complete my tree removals. Fast friendly service!

Carson and crew were fantastic! We had several trees that had gone way past their due date for trimming, and they came in and efficiently carved them down to size. Not only was the trimming fast and good looking, they spent a good chunk of time cleaning up afterward to make sure our yard and our neighbors looked even cleaner than when they'd started. They charged us their original quoted rate, which was several hundred dollars cheaper than other estimates we'd received. I 100% recommend these guys!

We have an olive tree that was overdue for trimming and pruning. We had it done once and we’re not happy with the outcome so we knew this time had to be someone who knew how to get the job done. We chose Five Star Tree Service because they spent the time during the quote to let us know what needed to be done and what the result would be. We were thrilled with the outcome. Besides being time for our annual trimming for our 8 fully grown palms, We were finally faced with removing two of them - each the center palm of a group of 3 - now looking far too crowded for our tastes.

Quotes for that work were looking quite expensive, but Five Star came back with the most reasonable price for what was definitely a challenging task. Carson Kane the owner personally came to quote the work and gave us the most reasonable quote.

On workday the entire team - 5 trimmers, Mike the foreman and Carson himself were all here and ready to begin at 7:30 sharp.

The entire task - including the feathering of a small tree - was amazingly completed in 2 hours, including most of the detailed clean up!

Fair pricing, courteous professional performance and an exceptionally thorough clean-up appear to be the trademark of this tree service.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Carson and Mike of 5 Star tree care and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service.
I had a large tipuana tipu tree removed as well as grinding of stump and surface roots.
Their team was professional, efficient and reliable, showing up on time and completing the job in a timely manner as promised. Communication with them was easy & responsive and the pricing was fair and competitive. I would definitely use them again.

We had a huge tree taken almost all the way down and another one that needed a good lacing. For the first time I had confidence in the crew that was doing the work and Carson who was overseeing the work and was there the entire time. I can't imagine using any other tree service from now on!!

This is my second year using Five Star Tree sevices for trimming trees in my backyard. Communication with Carson was efficient and fast. The tree trimmers showed up on time and were fast to finish the job and leave the garden nice and clean.

Mike, Carson and their crew were great. They removed 12 eucalyptus trees from a steep hill in our backyard. Even trees that were hanging over into neighbors yards were safely removed without damaging the fences or neighbors property. They were able to precisely control where the tree trunk would fall so that it didn’t damage other structures in the yard or fall on our house. They were extremely professional and cleaned up when they were done. They were also able to grind the stumps with portable stump grinders. Other tree services I had received quotes from were unable to offer stump grinding on the hillside. The price was also very reasonable. Overall, we highly recommend their services and would use them again.

After a recent storm I woke up to find that one of my queen palms had been broken by the wind. It was a Sunday morning and I called 5 Star tree service and Mike came out on a Sunday to see my problem, gave me a quote and his crew returned the next day to take care of my problem. I had a 40 year old stone pine split due to wind. I called Five Star Tree Care and they provided a quote same day. Two days later the tree was removed in under four hours. The mulch was left in multiple convenient areas which saved me considerable time remulching the property. Good price. Good service. Highly recommended.
