Rainbows mitigation was amazing! Very professional, showed up on time, and fixed our mold problem! Kyle and Matt were excellent. If ever needed again (and hopefully won't) we'll definitely be using them!

Austin Messenger finished up our project. He was professional, provided excellent customer service focusing on the quality of installation and customer satisfaction. He and Nick worked hard to ensure our project was completed in a timely manner.

Rainbow Restoration worked quickly to complete a fairly large project and I am very pleased with the turnout. Demo of drywall was very clean, making it easier to repair. Matt and James were great to work with - I will be using this company again!

Rainbow San Diego just finished the reconstruction of our guest bathroom. I am delighted with the results. Gary Edwards was truly amazing. Absolutely one of the most outstanding customer service experiences due to this one man. As homeowners it is a daunting task to deal with water damage. We feel Rainbow truly cared about the job at hand. From the mitigation crew down through to the guidance of the reconstruction crew of our guest bathroom, I can say that as a whole the experience was extremely positive. Dave who accomplished all of the repairs was a pleasure to work with. He made us feel important not to mention his excellent craftsmanship. Many thanks Dave. Brian, Daniel, & Kyle moved out our furniture and installed protection. They were joined by Will and did the demolition work. Brian monitored progress of the water extraction daily. hat it was sufficient to remove the extraction equipment.
In every instance, their communication was outstanding.
They were all very careful, courteous, respectful, professional, and trustworthy.

My husband and I just had a new roof put on our home and unfortunately after the rains we had in SD it leaked!!
Daniel, William & John from Rainbow Restoration came to my rescue.
William & John have been here at my home every day now for about 2 weeks taking care of the damage and especially taking the time to inform me on a daily basis on what they would be doing so I understood exactly what was happening and what to expect. This helped me calm down after what had happened. They also protected the other rooms in my home so everything stayed clean and was not effected by the area they were working on. I cannot tell you how comfortable William and John have made me feel knowing they were on top of everything.

These guys are best in class. We woke up at 2am this morning to our guest house completely flooded due to a plumbing backup. My wife called Rainbow Restoration this morning and an actual human being answered. Tiphany was exceptional at walking us through the process and incredibly proactive in communicating with the landlord and insurance company. By 10:30am they were onsite ready to process the claim and do the initial work required to repair the significant damage. The team that came out, Matt, Oscar and Marshall, were amazing. They took time to walk us through their process, give us helpful tips on how to deal with the damage done to our personal property. Having to deal with water damage is obviously a stressful situation but Rainbow Restoration and their team made the process as seamless as it could possibly be. I would highly recommend them.

Rainbow Restoration was recommended to me by my insurance company after a water leak from a unit above damaged two bedrooms in my unit. And I am so happy that they are the company that was recommended to me. The mitigation department including Matt, Marshall, Cristan, and Dominic were SO communicative and helpful. They also were available to answer any and all questions I had throughout the process as this was my first experience with water damage etc. Highly recommend this company and will use them again!

I had an amazing experience with Rainbow! I had a mold issue that required a rapid remediation as we were moving and needed to get our house on the market. Matt (the PM), Marshall and Cristian (techs) responded the same day and started work the next. Their work was impeccable and they kept me updated throughout the process. I will absolutely use and recommend them in the future!

We were put in a challenging position when our only bathroom had been leaking under the flooring and into the wall, which we found out needed difficult plumbing rework, hazardous waste abatement, and mold mitigation. So many contractors feel like they are trying to rip you off. Rainbow is the first contractors I have worked with who not only felt honest the whole way through, but had recommended other honest contractors for the services that they could not perform themselves (asbestos abatement, plumbing). I want to give special thanks to Austin for his hard work on a tight timeline. Despite moving so quickly he never sacrificed quality. He had our bathroom up and running in time for our friend to stay with us for the weekend.
I also want to thank David and Jay for working with me to make sure I was receiving budget friendly quotes, while not having to request any ill-advised shortcuts.
I would definitely go with them again if I need additional work done.

The Rainbow men were awesome! A most difficult client with a unique leak location was impressed by the can-do attitude and actions to keep the job on track and get the job done right. They packed out my kitchen, living room and dining room with such professionalism. Currently they are doing demo and have been so great keeping me informed. A company that I can trust!

I have used Rainbow for a couple projects now, sadly so much that I have their names and numbers stored in my phone! My most recent was a large roof leak that caused mold and water damage in my master bedroom ceiling/walls and carpet tacks. *this is a leak and mold that another remediation company had missed.

Matt, Oscar, Kyle and James are truly exceptional! I am not a typical client as I am very mold sensitive and things had to be absolutely by the book and IICRC guidelines had to be followed. I knew that I could trust this team to do the job right. If you have Kyle as a tech on your job doing demo and mold remediation - you are in the BEST hands.

Daily calls and updates, very thorough about addressing concerns and ensuring our safety and health was their priority.

Containment barriers were set up properly, negative air pressure with air venting out the window, dehumidifier - the works. These are all very important steps that many other remediation companies will often skip. Rainbow did them all to where I was truly confident that they did the job correctly. 10/10 recommend Rainbow!

We came across Rainbow when we had a sudden water heater burst. We have finished flood and asbestos remediation and are now working with them on the restoration of the entire lower floor of the house. We worked with Oscar, Matt, Chris, Dominic, James and other members of the Remediation and Restoration team. Along the way, we also worked with Tiffany at the Rainbow office and she has been very responsive to calls and emails. She has been helpful with questions we had about next steps toward working on the restoration. Dealing with the flood clean up and insurance is a long process, but Rainbow has helped a lot by working directly with insurance. I am looking forward to the restoration getting underway and completed.

Dominic, Christian and Matt were very understanding, informative and thorough. Unique attributes to have in hard moments like the ones that I was experiencing. Great experience with both mitigation and reconstruction. Austin & Manny We’re very communicative and efficient with the reconstruction. Marshall and Dominick were also helpful with the mitigation which I thought it would be more overwhelming than it. Tiffany was prompt with any questions I had about billing.
