Very nice young men, polite and courteous. I'm used to squeegee cleaning though, not the spray brush method. They could not reach all my second story windows. Left one side gate open, and despite wearing booties I had to spot clean some dirt off my new rugs. They also could not clean my second story gutters, but apparently was due to my roof being shingled and steep. So what they did was pretty good, only had to remove spots from one window.

We had a good experience with Always Shine for our gutter cleaning. They were prompt (this really matters to me), thorough, communicative, and cared about what mattered to me. We will look into their other services of window cleaning and solar panel cleaning as well!

Bradley and Miguel from Always shine did an amazing job on cleaning my gutters and roof off. Bradley explained carefully what the situation was on my roof and how they were going to fix it. I called because I realized my gutters must be clogged because of standing water on my flat roof. They did a great job of cleaning it before and after pictures are amazing. They were both friendly and conscientious and did an amazing job of cleaning up after they were done. My yard looked way better than it did before. they blew off all the leaves that Had built up in the backyard. I will be using Always shine next year.
