Just had Always Shine clean my gutters. Again. Always nice to see consistency. They did a great job as always.

Outstanding job and company!! From start to finish, “Always Shine” was excellent! They communicated in a prompt, meaningful way, arrived on time and had a great follow through. Bradley was very detail-oriented, explained many small issues about screen frames and window chips that had been present previously, etc. He did a fantastic job of cleaning glass, tracks, screens. This is a stellar business that truly cares about quality and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with our experience. We received our original quote from Kale. He was so sincere and personable that we knew we wanted to give Always Shine a try. We had a competitor quote which was lower; Always Shine was able to offer a 10% discount for new customer so we were within $100 of competitor. We just really felt comfortable with Kale and the service Always Shine would provide. Anyway, the service did not disappoint! Our windows look great. Not only did 2 window techs come out; but Kale himself also came out and washed our inside windows and some “bonus” spider webs my husband and I could not reach. Thank you Always Shine for the great service.

We were pleased with the service we received, from our technician offering to pick up a coffee on his way to complete the job to all the detailed explations of the condition of each of our agong windows as he went along. Our windows look better tha they have in years.

Bradley did an awesome job on my windows. He was professional, arrived on time, explained everything he was going to do. He worked quickly and was through with his work. I contacted Always Shine for a gutter cleaning job. Their quote came in very competitive and I made an appointment to have the work done. They were able to schedule me in for the next day, which was great.

The tech, Bradley, gave me a call when he was half an hour away which was very appreciated. He explained the work, and got to it. He cleaned the gutters and the downspouts which filled up a bit less than half of my empty green waste bin. He was very professional and cleaned up everything before he left.

Bradley was professional, thorough and provided excellent customer service! Our home is a new build with fragile roofing tile, this makes it difficult to clean gutters on a two story house. He was able to accommodate our needs when most companies couldn’t. Bradley’s customer service and exceptional work ethic is the only reason we will continue to use Always Shine.

This if the third or fourth year Always Shine has installed Christmas Lights for us. They are great to work with from start to end - easy to communicate with, responsive, and they do a great job. Our lights always look great and it’s a nice way to start the holiday season. Highly recommend!

We made a mistake and thought our cleaning appointment was on a different day, but the Always Shine guys fit us in the next day despite that! They did a great job, were friendly and professional, and let us know there were a few extra things that needed to be fixed on the roof, instead of just leaving us to find out ourselves. I have been dealing with this company for five years. He was always good. However yesterday he wash my windows and I trust him to do a good job. I notice my patio window was not clean good. I reported to his office and they told me they were coming back out at 5pm when its dark to recreate. Now how in the world he is going to see a dirty window at night. That's okay. Because next year I cross him off my list. And will let my neighbors don't bother with always shine. I paid him $528.00 for a half job. That is not right. Money is to hard to come by right t now.

Bradley did an absolutely stellar job on our windows! He was polite, he put on booties, he wiped out the rails, he got into all the corners and he managed to also leave our Birdie decals up on the windows. He knows what he’s doing and pays attention to detail. The windows are the most important feature of our house and I would bring Bradley back to do them again.

Very happy with my window washers Regie & James. My only disappointment was that Regie & James did not feel comfortable cleaning my Sky Light. I highly recommend using Always Clean. Technician identified what would and would not be resolved by cleaning (managed expectations). Was polite, careful, cleaned up after himself. Did an excellent job! They are the best! I have used their services over the last 20 at my various workplaces and my personal homes. They have always done an excellent job. This includes monthly maintenance, prompt response to water damage, extreme pet odors, etc. They are good and honest people. I highly recommend their services.
