I won’t use anyone else from now on- I called them because we haven’t been able to clean the house ourselves, and they were running a special so I thought why why not? OMG they are AMAZING, they even cleaned the inside of the microwave and I never expected that, and our place is so CLEAN and nice and the ladies were so sweet and friendly but also very professional and so kind around my disabled partner- we will NEVER use anyone else!

The Rose Team came and did a cleaning for my home. They were very thorough and did a great job on my bathrooms and kitchen especially!! In the bathroom they even made a decoration on my tp roll it was adorbs.

The Maids came and cleaned my downstairs for an event and I couldn’t be happier. The team came in and seamlessly divided the areas to clean and got to work efficiently. They were very thorough, cleaning windowsills, moving furniture, capturing cobwebs and wiping every surface- including my cabinets and back splash!

I called on short notice hoping to get a good clean before our son was due. The manager was extremely accommodating and sent a team out within almost 2 hours. The ladies worked extremely hard and our house looked spotless after! The wife was happy most importantly and our house smelt clean and new! Highly recommend the Maids.

So, my appointment was for 9am today. It is currently 11am and still nobody has shown up. I called and left a message, but no one has called me back. I emailed, but no response. I took the day off of work today just for this cleaning service. If you are a new customer, don’t bother scheduling with these people. Go with Maids in Folsom instead, they are a lot more dependable for new customers.

Finally found a house cleaning service that actually delivers. I’ve hired them for everything from deep cleanings to regular visits, and the quality is always consistent. The staff is punctual, professional, and honestly, they leave my house so sparkling clean it’s kind of a reset for my whole week. They don’t just hit the surface; they really get into the corners and catch all those tiny spots that usually get missed. Plus, their scheduling / availability has been really flexible—they’ve been able to get me in last minute several times without a hitch!
