Called & got a quote. Called back when they told me to schedule the job. Didn’t answer, left message. They didn’t call back. Called again, after holiday and left another message, they didn’t call back. Called a 3rd time, they answered and asked if they could call me back in 10 minutes...they never called back!! I obviously went with another company. TERRIBLE communication

Helped Deep cleaned our house so we could get it ready for painting. Did a wonderful job, they were very nice and helpful.

I called sparkle clean and booked a cleaning. I was very pleased. I decided to have every other week cleaning. The prices are very reasonable.

CAREFUL! Ann is highly unprofessional & rude, staffs cleaners who are not competent with a need forconstant oversight. If you must, ask for Dana (she was impressive)...and avoid Monica. I spent 3 hours cleaning up the mess she made. The letter that is sent out prior is a red flag, heavily worded with contingent workforce language and warnings which are out of context for this industry.

The ladies who came to clean did a great job! They listened to my areas of concern and tackled them! I thought my house would take ages to clean - but they were on schedule and did a great job! I look forward to having them clean next time!

i just used sparkle clean for the first time. I had a spring cleaning with 2 cleaners. the cleaners were very professional and did a fantastic job. i will tell my friends. i will definitely use sparkle clean again

Don't use this service. Owner Ann Jackson is rude and agrumentive with her customers. She tells you she is sending out someone who doesn't smoke and explodes verbally when you point out the individuals smell of smoke (this has happened more than once). When asked not to have services or arrange for another day other than observed Federal holidays, she argues about what days are observed holidays. If you call her while she is waiting to pay her employees, she tells you to be quick and is nasty with you if you tell her it would be better if you called back when she has time to talk. Cancellations in less than 24 hrs happen on her part because she says she forgot or someone is sick and there is no one else to send. She has a short temper and talks over you on the phone if she is rushed or doesn't like what is being said. Although she says you can pay extra to have the cleaner use their supplies and vacuum, she suggests you may be left with bugs/roaches from their vacuums. Their are many great services out there....Don't waste your time on this one. You deserve good service and basic human respect!

I've worked with Ann for years. I find her and her staff awesome to do business with. They do an thorough job and are timely. They even tackle the tough jobs like cleaning the woodwork, scrubbing my floors on hands and knees and dealing with my Bernese Mountain dog whose hair goes everywhere. I would recommend working with this company for small and large jobs.

I was referred to Sparkle Clean by a friend who uses Ann's company. I was just going to have a one time detail clean. Ann sent Judy and Jessica. I was so impressed, I decided to have them regularly. I just can't say enough about the professionalism and attention to detail. I am never disappointed.

Dealing with Sparkle Clean was a horrible experience. The self-styled house cleaners did not clean my home, merely re-distributed the dust. When I complained to Ann Jackson, the owner, she screamed and swore at me, then hung up the phone.

This agency is the worse I have ever had the misfortune to use. You're better off hiring someone off CraigsList.

I was in an extremely busy time at my job. I asked Sparkle Clean to send cleaners on a specific day because I would be off that day. Ann sent two very thorough, capable ladies who did a fantastic job to my specifications. I used them a few more times after that with the same spectacular results. I would recommend Sparkle Clean to anyone!
