Always arrive late, take several hours to finish. Currently living with a newborn and I asked to get a 20-30 min heads up when they’ll arrive, never get one always have to call to ask once they’re out of the arrival window they provide us. Still do a good job cleaning but not professional with their scheduling.

After the renovation, there was a huge problem with dust – it seemed to be everywhere. The team handled it perfectly! All surfaces, even the hard-to-reach spots, are now spotless. I would NOT recommend this cleaning service to anyone. Lack of communication is astonishing. They emaile and texted saying they’ll arrive btw 12-2pm. I call at 2pm and the person says they’re finishing up another place and will lunch and then come. That is so not appropriate. I eventually gave them the house code cuz I didn’t want to stay waiting. They arrived at 3:15 and finally started. 2 wasn’t enough they called to tell me so they spent another 2 hours cleaning but they never called me back to say they were done and leaving.

I specified several times over the phone I want them to focus on the WINDOWS. They spent 4 hours cleaning this very small home that was already fully empty. Spent $650 and came back to windows that were still dirty and there was dust particles everywhere. I’m cleaning each window myself right now. I’m horrified. The light fixtures in the bathrooms still got dust and spiderwebs on them. Just horrible. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

I had an estimator from Five Star Landscaping come out, and the experience was disappointing. He seemed unsure of himself, couldn’t clearly identify several plants in our yard, and gave conflicting information about whether we’d receive an estimate or not.

As he was leaving, he lingered and went into an unrelated political rant, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable—especially while I was trying to get my cat back inside after it slipped out.

Overall, the visit felt disorganized and unprofessional, and we won’t be moving forward with this company.

great designer (amber) / great project manager (clark) / great crew (larry, george and team) / professional / timely / stayed within our budget / courteous / willing to make changes / paid attention to details / great ideas / easy communications (phone, email) / hard copy plans to view and revise if necessary / reasonable rates / would use again / will use again in new 2018 project....

Nope. Called to get quote and the person answering the phone wouldn't even get past that their equipment might not work for an excavation. Didn't even want to take the time to provide any further information. We have many projects on our property that can be done, and they weren't even willing to come out to do a survey to see if they could actually do the work. Sound very lazy and not a professional way to do your work. This company is missing out on huge revenue.

They were just okay, very slow starting took way to long, wasn't able to provide all the work they said they could. Had to make several calls for them to come back and finish up things. There finish job left things out of place in there yard. The good thing was that when I called them regarding issues Ryan was right on the issue even when he had to come out and correct it himself.

I picked this company from the several estimates I received for my landscape design. Besides being professional and friendly, they were conscious of my needs. They understood the assignment and delivered beyond expectations.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. They did an excellent job designing and installing my outdoor kitchen and patio. The team is friendly and easy to work with. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
