I had an estimator from Five Star Landscaping come out, and the experience was disappointing. He seemed unsure of himself, couldn’t clearly identify several plants in our yard, and gave conflicting information about whether we’d receive an estimate or not. As he was leaving, he lingered and went into an unrelated political rant, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable—especially while I was trying to get my cat back inside after it slipped out. Overall, the visit felt disorganized and unprofessional, and we won’t be moving forward with this company.
