I had my garbage disposal and toilet unit replaced by Gray Plumbing Inc. Before our scheduled time they sent me a photo of our Plumber and a little description about himself. I believe this is a plus especially for security purposes which kept my mind at ease!!
Eric took care of everything. He is very thorough and took his time to answer all my questions. He has great customer service skills and even showed me how to troubleshoot our new garbage disposal. I highly recommend Eric and the job that he did for us! I would gladly go back to Gray Plumbing Inc in the near future.

Jeremy performed the annual maintenance on my entire home, which included descaling 3 tankless water heaters. He called in advance to give me his estimated arrival time which was well within our scheduled block. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Also, scheduling was a breeze. I recommend Gray Plumbing for your service needs.

This company is family and veteran owned and treated ME like family. My tech , Dontae Frank, was polite, respectful and immensely infor of all steps. While my mother and I did not plan to install a new water heater, Dontae made our issues clear and how it would be the best approach. We now have hot water again in ONE DAY. Thank u so very much for your hard work.
